Just tried to go through the drive through. I was first greeted with the robot who asked what they could get for me, then after I spoke, I was met with a rude employee who said “we’re not taking orders right now.” We asked if they were about to be close and they just said “we’re just not taking orders.” It’s 8pm, so definitely not close to closing tome. When we drove past the drive thru window to leave, it appeared the employees were just hanging out in there.

Good food, good service, the bathrooms are right by the door tho and when we walked in it instantly smelled like piss and crap...but the main dining room smelled fine.

We pay far too much for fast food for it to come out on stale buns that made all our food inedible. Get it together, that's ridiculous. We were also shorted straws and sauce.

Worst one in the USA. Inside open but they don't take orders but 15 20 minutes after you waited in line...... no smiles no nothing. Poorly managed and dirty location.... i left and so did the people in front of me and behind me did the same..... I'll never go back............. unless they put up a new sign saying new management!!

A girl named Aubriana was so rude to her co workers and I waited on my food for over 30 minutes, she had a rude mouth, and when I got my food it was cold from sitting on the counter, she was so rude overall, never coming here again.
