Terrible experience, it took 30 minutes to get our food and the place wasn’t even busy. Then we didn’t even have all of the food that we ordered. Definitely do not recommend.

It felt like the inside ofa refrigerator. It was as if the air conditioner was on, mid winter. Employees were wearing winter coats in the food prep area. Never going back.

When somebody comes to the drive up through, at least give them silverware. I didn’t have any kind of hospitality whatsoever. I said three times. Thank you and I also said how are you and no answer about anything very rude service and this wasn’t the first time. I wish that Southtown would get better workers like the one on Dupont Road Dupont Rd., Wendy’s Has excellent service. They need more training at the one at Southtown.

No one in Drive thru. No one at counter but me. 4 workers behind counter. I was completely ignored. My only assumption is that I was the only white person there. I decided to only get a drink since there was no soap or toilet paper in the ladies room. Luckily I come equipped from years of homecare on the road. Do the employees have another restroom or they don't think they need to wash their hands? Considering there were at least 4 employees standing around doing nothing one would think the bathroom would at least be stocked. Close this place down. Nasty.

I sat in line for over 15 minutes when it was not busy at all and then made to wait even more for my food. It’s no longer fast food when it takes 20 minutes for fries and nuggets.

I placed an online order, but my experience was frustrating. I waited 10 minutes at the drive-through with only one car in front of me. Then, I waited another 7 minutes at the speaker. To make matters worse, it sounded like a dog was barking in the kitchen. Once the barking stopped, I provided my name and was told that they were out of several menu items, including Frostys, potatoes, fries, burgers, and chicken. I canceled my order. The location was fairly clean and the service was ok but my mushroom bacon burger was disgusting. Literal slop.

I ordered the chicken wrap online went to drive thru to pick it up i get home i start eating it about half way through i bit somthing hard it ended ip being the tie for wrap or somthing it was black and now im pissed off and this is why i dont go to wendys they are expensive not caring for customers and not even that great for food mc donalds make them look bad 🤣

You couldn't order any food inside. Normally I would have left at that point, but my son wanted to go through the drive-through. The fact that you couldn't order food inside explains why it was so empty. I first wasn't even sure if they were even open.

Ordered my food on the app.
Went through the drive thru to pick up my food, was told to pull up to the curb and they’d bring my food to me. Took almost 10 minutes to get my food. Annoying but whatever.
Realized they forgot the chili and baked potato in my order.
The guy told me “I was going to tell you before I had you pull to the curb but I forgot because it’s been such a day”. And that I can call customer support and they’ll refund me for them. Didn’t offer me a substitution. But again, whatever.
We get home and they got our 2 sandwiches completely wrong. The “junior bacon cheeseburger” was literally a kid’s meal size patty, a piece of bacon, and like 5 pickles. That’s it.
The “double stack” was a cold chicken sandwich.
Like I just want my money back for everything at this point.
Just an awful experience.

The girl working tonight with died hair long nails and tattoos on her neck and hands at the drive through is verry unprofessional and rude. Note I also have neack and hamd tattoo's. She keeps yawning in the Mike acted like she dosnt know what door dash is in a verry condescending way, asked me to park ahead and wait till they bring out the food. It's 11pm I didn't think managers let staff walk outside this late. Didn't say anything but did ask where to wait at and she laughed and shrugged me off and closed the window in my face. Peep this she yawwwnd like a sick puppy in my face during this interaction at the window as well.? I'm sure I'm going to set here untill I drive around.the doordash is one simple order she handed out the drink and it's going to watered down but the time she brings the order out if at all like I said it's 11pm.
