Started at Glenbrook mall of all places. Kind of like a street food joint in a small restaurant on S. Calhoun street. Pork belly yes duck yes,noodle bowls check. Very reasonable. Update 01/21/2025. Still one of my favorite places. The pork belly is absolutely my favorite thing there.
My wife and I got the pork belly sandwiches and split a shrimp fried rice. It’s the first time I’ve ever been here. The sandwich sandwiches were the most amazing combination of sweet and salty and even a sharp spicy undertone. The only fault I could give it isthe pork did tend to be a little too crispy, almost to the point of impossible to chew. However, the rest of it was just so amazing. We will be back again and again!
