My husband and I spontaneously tried Wild Crab on one of our date nights. The service was great. The food was amazing. The prices were good. We shared a lobster bisque, a fried oyster po'boy wish Cajun fries as well as the make your own seafood boil combo with snow crab and scallops. Our total was less than 90$ including the tip.
First off, I have a shellfish allergy, so I don't typically go to seafood spots surrounding shellfish. They have some of the best-fried catfish I have had. This place is food allergy-friendly because they have a separate space for fish.

Unedible crab cakes. They were hard and burnt resembling hockey pucks. Flounder basket had 4 small pieces of over cooked fish, it was not nicely sized portions as website pictures. This food could not be eaten due to poor quality.

This place is a local food gem, but many of us locals are too overwhelmed with options to realize.• This is quality food at fair, affordable prices (unlike many locally-owned restaurants who are unsustainably over-charging in a fluid post-Covid economy);• sensitive stomachs and coastal snobs can attest this seafood is legit?;• kid-friendly, yet equally single friendly;• separate, semi- private room available for large parties at no extra cost (20% tip incl.);• not busy/no wait, maybe because people don’t yet realize ??♀️

The food is great, with lots of options for sharing or alone. Shake bag or served on a platter. it's seafood Cajun style seasonings. Atmosphere is just OK, left over from previous failed restaurants. It's basically the same as storming crab. If you're in the mood for this type of dining experience you can't go wrong.

Server was amazing, I'm asuming it's the manager (lady at the front desk, checking on us, asking how our food is?) All amazing staff, for a gal that doesn't do seafood places, (BOO I KNOW) ? This place was/is amazing. Along with the other 2 times we've been here. THANK YOU FOR BEING VERY FAMILY ORENTIED, AND MAKING US LAUGH/SMILE. WE SHALL BE BACK!!
