Really disappointed! Started off asking about gluten free beer options or ciders options only to be told there are none. (They post Angry Orchard and seltzers on the menu.) Ordered the Saturday Moscow mule special only to receive it in a regular pub cup...told no copper cup. Picture on menu highlights mule special in copper cup. Love mules but I felt the drink had an extra ginger taste. Not sure if that was due to cup or way it was made. Ordered a bunless mushroom bacon Swiss burger...lacked mushrooms and bacon was rubbery/soft. It looked like one mushroom was minced on top...honestly though it meat crumbs from the burger. Husband ordered a wrap and coleslaw . Wrap was excellent but slaw was rank. It tasted off and sour. Told waiter and they apologized but did not offer a replacement or other option. We have eaten similar meals at the other location without issues.

Ordered carry out, said it was going to be 15 minutes, arrived at 15 minutes were going on 45 minutes!!! NOBODY in the dining room…NEVER AGAIN!!!!!Update….. I was offered a free appetizer, turned it down NEVER WILL BE BACK!!!!!

Waitress are reckless moving very slow. Waited so long to eat cold burgers and bittery ( reused their oil too much) tater tots and wings. Their fries had so much oil that we can use them to fry another batch. Not strained at all. Spoons were not clean. When raised a concern to the employee, they had a defending reason for everything. Not worth your money. Find a better place to eat or you will invite health problems.

Ordered a chicken bacon wrap with southwest ranch dressing on it. Took a few bites and it had a weird chemical like taste, so straight to the trash it went. What a waste of money.
I have been there 6 times Out of 6 times I only had 1 good experience. Last time wings were over cooked and could not taste the seasoning I ordered, my Fiance ordered extra chicken for her salad and so over cooked. I like to support local companies and their regional office here in Ft Wayne. We are done with them. Service was good. Hope they get this location straightened up.

Asked for cheese curds. Paid for them. Did not receive them. Asked for crispy wings somehow got burnt and soggy wings. Waitress was slow. Most employees standing around on their phones. Had to have my order checked on 3 times before I got it and I was a carry out order. Pretty pitiful for a wing spot to serve d class wings at best. Would recommend anywhere else instead this location. Will not be returning. They’re a few places to get a good hot meal anymore and obviously this is not one of those places. From the things missing from my order to the quality of the food to the staff members. I have to say McDonald’s has faster and better service than this location. McDonald’s also always has hot food. Safe to say my first ever trip to this location will be my last to any of this franchise.

I had heard from some friends this was a great place for wings so I decided to order some to take home for supper today. Placed order at 3:53 picked up at 4:15. Smelled so good on my way home. But, when I got home and opened wd the container the wings weren't fresh and crispy they looked like they had been setting for a day. The curly fries weren't even cooked all the way greasy and limp and the funnel fries as well. Was really disappointed ?. Flavor was ok. Probably won't go back.

We were very disappointed with the service. There was only a few people there when we got there. The side we were sitting on only had one couple. The waitress took our order after a couple that got there after us. And then more people started coming in. Everyone started getting their food before us. The only thing we ordered was 10 wings a half order of fries and 4 celery sticks. A couple times my husband went and said something to the waitress. She said she was the only waitress, but that doesn’t explain the fact that our order was taken before three other tables and we still didn’t have our food. When she brought our food out, she said she was waiting on the fries to bring it out. But everything was lukewarm. It was good but it would’ve been better if it would’ve been hot.
