It's with great regret that I have to update my review of Wings Etc. Dupont. Service has really dropped off and the quality of their wings has gone down and the size of their wings have gotten very tiny. This has always been one of our favorite stops for wings but we probably won't be back for awhile.

The food is good but there is clearly not enough staff to accommodate the patrons. There was one person working the entire bar and bar rail. The service was severely sub par. We waited close to 10 minutes for silverware after our food was delivered to our table because the waitress was so busy. Both of our meals came out wrong. An order of wings with the wrong sauce and the burger didn’t have the correct toppings- not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things but annoying when every other part of the experience was sub par. It seems like hiring more staff would solve the problem.

Ordered food for pickup that would be ready in 20 minutes. On arrival I was told that half my order wouldn't be available because it was out of stock.. okay, quick diversion but then it proceeds to take another 25 minutes of waiting (the food switch did not justify the time of wait) to have my order ready which was odd seeing as there was only one customer at the bar and 5 staff members around.. a phone call would have sufficed since I am required to have it with the order. Please do better.

The staff were lovely and the food was good. When my drink fell on the ground they were quick on the clean up of broken glass and brought me a new one!

Had a great experience for lunch yesterday. Thursday Boneless wings are $0.79 ea. Their breading on the wings had a great seasoning, and the mild sauce was good. Also, nice size so you get your money worth. There is no extra charge for celery or ranch.

The food is really good! During the lunch hour, when it wasn't super busy, the food took a while to come out. The wait staff are very friendly!
Was a good spot to stop at while my gf was at the spa next door good service but the atmosphere seemed a bit dry.

We decided to give this place a try today, and we will never go back!! We were the only ones in this place and ordered our food, and we sat here for 45 mins before our food came out, and that's was after I complained! This place sucks very poor service!!!

This location has gone downhill quite a bit recently. The food is okay, but the kitchen is extremely slow even when the restaurant is not at all busy. Placed an online order for two wraps, got there 10 minutes after the promise time and still ended up waiting for another 20 for it to finish up. Figured once was a fluke, but this has happened a few times now.
The manager was rude to two DoorDash drivers wondering where their orders were after they were similarly late.
The wait was ridiculous to eat to order and even to pay . And the food could have definitely been better, very flavorless, and not good portions at all . The kitchen vents go into the bathroom vents, and the burning sensation to your eyes and nose after using the restroom was horrible . Not to mention, they definitely needed to be cleaned . I'd pass on this place if we were ever back in town .

Once the pregnant lady left this place blows sat at the bar for 3 hrs never was asked if I wanted a beer. Think we will find a new spot. Maybe train you people to want to work.
