It's with great regret that I have to update my review of Wings Etc. Dupont. Service has really dropped off and the quality of their wings has gone down and the size of their wings have gotten very tiny. This has always been one of our favorite stops for wings but we probably won't be back for awhile.
Ordered food for pickup that would be ready in 20 minutes. On arrival I was told that half my order wouldn't be available because it was out of stock.. okay, quick diversion but then it proceeds to take another 25 minutes of waiting (the food switch did not justify the time of wait) to have my order ready which was odd seeing as there was only one customer at the bar and 5 staff members around.. a phone call would have sufficed since I am required to have it with the order....
The staff were lovely and the food was good. When my drink fell on the ground they were quick on the clean up of broken glass and brought me a new one!
