My food was pouring out of the cheap styrofoam container you put it in. You guys raise the prices across the board on everything and then go cheap with the packaging? I practically had to lick the sauce off the bag just to get a taste. Waste of time. Not going back after spending that much money. What a joke.

Food was very good I highly recommend the mozzarella sticks. Beverages were on point as well. Service was stellar and attentive.
So, when I say some of these employees care I can definitely say they do. I have gone through some serious tragedy this year and the employees remembered me. Went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. This just became one of my favorite spots in town.

My husband and I wanted to grab an easy lunch today (Sunday). We sat at the bar. Caleb ended up waiting on us. We had to ask to order drinks. After receiving our beverages we waited almost 10 minutes until we were able to ask someone else for a menu. We then waited almost 10 minutes and no one approached us to order. It wasn’t until we asked for our check that the gal asked if everything was ok. We told her no, we had wanted to order lunch but Caleb never came back. He just kept walking past us.

We were very excited that a wings etc closer to us and have been serverly disappointed with every time we have ordered food. We have orded food at least 4 or 5 times hoping it would have gotten better.
The amount of food you get seems minimal. Every time we order food through the app or on the phone add 15 minutes to the time they say it will be ready. After waiting 20 extra minutes they don't do anything for you. Even asking for ranch in the window they will still charge you. I assume that's a mandate or one of the servers would have offered anything to amend the late orders.
I have talked to multiple people close to us and they all have the experiences. Lack of food, expensive for what you get, delays, the bag having the wrong food (which has happened to us more than often than not as well). It's just very sad that such a loved place like wings etc just doesn't hit the mark close to us. We will probably just keep ordering from a closer place like tower buffalo wings and ribs.

The server was great, BUT we spent over 2 hrs there at least an hr spent waiting on food to come out. We had to send several items back because they were cold! 30 minutes spent waiting on the server to cash us out. Poor young lady was working half the restaurant on her own, including the bar!

Waited around 20 mins at carryout window to be acknowledged, when we were finally helped and left, we got home and realized they forgotten to include the sauce for the wings. (The actual wing sauce, not dipping sauce) Called back and spoke to a manager who apologized, and offered a credit back for the order.
Server was awful. Took 30 minutes order our food and 45 mins to get our check after finishing eating.

Really unpleasant drive-through experience tonight. I order over the phone, showed up when they instructed me to and had to wait over an additional 40 minutes. And they provided only 2/3 of the order with one of those items made incorrectly. Set real expectations for your guests and your staff. And when you make mistakes, as all restaurants do, own up to it and try to make it right.

Delicious food and amazing service. I've been here 2x now, and both times, the food was delicious, and the service was great. I had the Big Nasty burger this time (I added lettuce & tomato), and it was the best burger I think I've ever had. Also, the fried mushrooms and fried green beans are the best appetizers! I'd definitely recommend Wings Etc!

I recently visited Wings Etc. and had an amazing experience. The cauliflower wings were absolutely delicious, especially the hot honey garlic flavor - a must try for sure. The curley fries and lemonade were also super tasty, and the service was top-notch. My husband loved the selection of beers available, and we both enjoyed the nice music playing in the background. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend checking out Wings Etc. for a great dining experience!
