Placed an order over the phone. I live 1/2 miles from the location. Food was not only cold but you could tell it was old the chicken in my sandwich could have been used as a boat anchor and my wife $14 dollar salad, give me a break there was barley any salad and it was wilted no tomatoes on it like it was supposed to have and the chicken was just as dry. What a disaster we will never go back to Wings ETC..

I walked in the place to get some munchies I ordered some mushrooms these were flat and very breaded not a whole lot of mushroom there lukewarm. I ordered their chicken tenders that were on special $0.69 they came out basically ice cold and should be called chicken bites. Play then went microwaved my chicken bites and the sauce looks like more grease and butter than sauceGot done with my Munchies ordered some traditional wings to go had to wait about 25 minutes to get them out I was told they're so busy on to-go orders in meantime I watched a cook walk out of the kitchen and go out back to stand and smoke a cigarette. It's been a while since I've been in there but probably be a long time before I go back and try it again the remodel job looked excellent and this was January 1st 2026. Waynedale

This used to be my favorite location. I'd drive 30 minutes passing two others to get there. Definitely not anymore. I was excited for the new building, but it was a let down. Its essentially a bar rail with tables on the outskirts. Six of my co-workers went for lunch one day. It took 1.5 hours to get our food. Not even exaggerating. There were five other tables and no one had any food. I dont know if it was short staffed that day or what, but our server was really bad, as was the entire experience. I was going to go to the Maysville location a couple of days ago, but this left such a bad taste in my mouth I went elsewhere.

The ranch fire jalapeño burger /chicken sandwich is pretty good. The bar needs some help - I paid $10.50 for a premium margarita in a beer mug that was so full of ice I couldn’t get the lime into my drink without multiple ice cubes spilling out on the table. Guess that’s 1 way to keep liquor costs down.

Food was pretty good, only exceptions are the mac and cheese was a bit dry, and the fries were old and not very hot. The fish was excellent.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch. Our server was clearly intoxicated and smelt of alcohol. We watched her walk into the same wall multiple times. Was a very different experience than the last few times we had gone to this location.

Another server brought out our food and checked on us multiple times. Can’t remember her name but she had the prettiest eyes and dark hair, so professional and efficient.

I liked the way the restaurant was laid out before the remodel. Service was a little slow. The wings were a little overcooked so they were tough.

Food was soggy cold and had no flavor. I would have rather eat a box of air then they eat there again.

Great experience. We stopped to check out the remodel. Had great service at the bar and all staff was very friendly.

I was there for their soft opening on August 18th. Our server, Lisa, was very helpful in making our food choices. The mushrooms and pretzel bites with beer cheese were our appetizers. Birth were good, the better cheese was amazing!
We had the traditional wings, boneless wings, and a burger. Everything was cooked well. They have a good variety of wing rubs and sauces. We liked the Cajun and the mojito lime pepper rubs, so good!!
Will definitely be back!
