Consistently bland food. Waited a couple years then tried it again last night and it was about as underwhelming as wings get. Go to a local place instead, hell go to buffalo wild wings, it will be better than here.

This might be a one off because it was my first time at this specific spot. My first experience was not good. Extremely busy, hard to get your food. I ordered online and picked up my food and unfortunately I did not know there was a second bag missing. Did not know until I got home. My fault for not looking before I left the restaurant. I called to make sure they had my food still there. Was left on hold twice, second time for 15 minutes while I drove all the way back. I will say it was extremely busy so im giving them a bit of leeway and probably would have given 4 stars but I was ignored at first when I got there to get my second bag and the food at that point was cold, chicken was still good cold but the fries and cheesy fries not so much. Had to throw them away.

Terrible customer service. They gave me the wrong wings. I didn't realize it until I got home. I messaged them and they wouldn't do anything to fix it because I didn't have the receipt. I tried the wings I was given and they were terrible and went in the trash!

I ordered delivery to my job, so I can't rate the atmosphere. The boneless wings I got were divine . I got the milder BBQ version and the Parmeson coated wings. Mac and cheese were tasty, too. Nice!!

Food is usually pretty good. Had an issue with order not being cooked how ordered. Within minutes of sending concerns on the website, I was called and text to fix the issue. I really appreciate them reaching out to make it right. I have never had such prompt customer service and willingness to correct to the issue.
