I don’t know if they have new management or what but the chicken was definitely fried too hard. They used to be juicy and fall off the bone but now they’re overcooked which makes it difficult to eat and enjoy. Please stop overcooking this chicken just because you don’t know how to fry chicken that’s cooked through but still moist because it’s dry now even with using the ranch

I went to wingstop tonight 3/5 11:40pm. Only reason I went was online it states they close at midnight. Only to get to the restaurant and they tell me they can’t take my order cuz they are close at 11:30pm. Online it states they close at midnight as well as on the door of the restaurant it states midnight. This was never a problem before now that they have new management they ingnore the time that’s posted, but, won’t update the time online as well as on the door. Then are rude about the whole situation.

Sometimes the chicken isn't covered in sauce fully, and taste as it it was rushed in the kitchen. Why spend alot of money when you're not getting what you're paying for? Fries are good though. ;)

usually am a big fan of wingstop but today that was completely ruined their employees are not helpful at all they are straight up rude and not clean nor do they pack orders right. we called and placed a order to go went in got our food went home opened the bag up it was the wrong kind of wings and the wrong flavors we called again they said they would remake it we drove 20 minutes back to pick it up they gave us 2 orders of fries and only 1 box of the wrong wings again. we called again to let them know they messed up the order again the lady on the phone was nothing but rude. tried arguing with us that all the food was in the bag when it was not. she continued to go on and on about how she packaged it herself blah blah blah. “well what do you want me to do about it” hmm idk maybe learn to do your job right.. pack orders right the first time or at least the second time. bad experience here usually it’s good. so disappointing.

So I got VERY INTERESTING insider information, so we have new workers, and management fired all the old employees and they say they're replacing them with Burmese people. This, however isn't a problem, though i guess it's a little messed up they fired all the old employees because they wanted to replace them with friends or family, anyways what REALLY sucks is that a little birdy told me that the new management aren't the cleanest of people. Which obviously sucks because who wants to eat off of bowls that haven't been washed and icky hands. This is such a bummer because this wingstop was the only good one, the other site has even worse management that it doesn't even begin to compare to this one, yet. We absolutely love going to this place and the only thing that throws me off from coming here is the questionable hygiene they're having. Also, for the sake of the anonymous people who told me about the info, let's just say I'm drunk rn and idk what I'm talking about wink wink.

Good food, but most definitely plan to wait for a very long time for your food. Especially if you order online, if you get quoted 30mins for your online order to be ready, you can absolutely ? percent expect to realistically wait 1hr for it. Their service is very slow. Also, their facility is very dirty. They definitely need better management.

Be prepared to wait. Staff is rude or on their phones. Food will sit there ready to go on the shelf without notifying anyone their orders ready.

It wasn’t good. This location is dirty. The fries looked and tasted like it was fried in old dark grease. They also don’t understand the double fried method for fries. The wings were not fresh cooked but reheated dry garbage. How do you serve dry chicken wings? I think this was my last time coming here.

I called at 10:30 when the website says the close at midnight. No answer. Figured maybe it was a busy line so I called a few more times in the next 30 minutes no answer. After grabbing cookies from the crumble next door, I SAW WORKERS IN THE BUILDING, and they still wouldn’t answer any of the phone calls and simply closed well before there stated closing time. I honestly will never eat here just because of the lack of regarding their own closing time. Ridiculous
