Wing Stop food is at an all time low. Undercooked, rubbery wing. Absolutely NO seasoning on the meat at all, just the sauce. Over salted fries. Soggy boneless wings. The carrots and celery were the only things worth eating.

Wings are mostly drumettes, very few flats....if you order 24 wings, it should be equal wings n flats not 6 flats n the rest drumettes, Won't be ordering again food was cold for carry out

I came in at 11am on November 1st, and had the best Wing Stop of my life. Been to many of them all over the US, and nothing comes close to this.
The Lady and two Gentlemen were very friendly and the wings were out quickly. Hot, juicy, saucy. Thank y’all so much, I needed this.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I experienced at Wingstop. When I walked in, the red-haired lady asked if I had a pickup or delivery order, and when I said I needed to place an order, she muttered under her breath about placing orders online. It was unprofessional and set a bad tone. After standing there for 5-10 minutes without any further assistance, I left without ordering. No matter how good the food might be, it's not worth tolerating rude behavior from staff.

I only do pickup orders at this location but every time I order here, I receive the order by the estimated pickup time. The food is always consistently made the same way and it is always delicious. Great deals and good staff.

Enjoy waiting for your food for over 30 minutes and when you go to ask for a refund they magically pull it from the shelf it has been sitting on the whole time. Staff didn’t pay attention to who was sitting in the lobby and only focused on the people door dashing. On top of that our food was cold because nobody noticed that our order was ready or think to call out the order when it was ready.

The music playing at this location was extremely loud, vulgar, and crude! Included all sorts of racial slurs (n-word, etc), sexual terms, and other profane degeneracy. The employees were so non-chalant and my simple 8 pc wing combo order took nearly 30 minutes to prepare! Would never come back to this location. Those employees allowing this terrible and lewd music to be played at the highest volume possible should be terminated. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
