I used to go to Wingstop, mostly the coliseum one, all the time when they first opened, and liked it every time. The Illinois location is a mess, has poor management, and will have your carry out ready roughly 35 minutes after the confirmed time on the email.

Thank you for separating the wings! I absolutely loved the hawaian wings. They were packed with flavor and the flavor overall was just great. I ordered ahead of time and it was ready when I arrived which was also great. Just would try this location again but I would probably order the same thing!!

I placed an order through Uber eats my driver was top tier! He asked the person at the counter if my order had everything and was completed they said yes he delivered my food only for me to find out I’m missing 3 cups of ranch and 2 of them I paid extra for! I don’t have a vehicle available to drive and pick it up myself hence ordering through Uber Eats. How do you literally send someone an entire bag of food without a single cup of the sauce they asked for?? Especially when they paid extra for it.

I work at a wing place and i would never let customers wait this long just for two combos. my friend and i ordered at 1:15 and we are still sitting here at 1:56 waiting for food, no one has said anything and everyone else coming in has gotten food and came in a out. i’m highly dissatisfied and the girl who took our order was very rude aswell and i hope she gets help!
Ordered online, picked up on time, everything was hot and everything was tasty. The staff inside were friendly and quick to greet and check on order status. The rest of my family enjoyed the food too!
