Wrigley Field Bar & Grill

I asked for a medium well burger and it came out burnt and my dates chicken sandwich was too crunchy to eat. Staff was somewhat hard to get a hold of.

Sunday night karaoke advertised but basketball game on so the several who showed up for karaoke wasted their time showing up. If you say you’re going to hold and event hold it and stop disappointing people who don’t care about sports. Be a business that honors commitments! Your food is second rate and the servers don’t care about you. All you needed to do was have the event you advertised on your west wall in big orange letters. Really stupid to treat your customers AND karaoke host like that.

We went early to eat before karaoke, but they cancelled karaoke due to a ball game. I had time and money invested into their advertised schedule of events and was given no compensation when the only reason I was there was cancelled at the last minute. You got my money, because I ate before the cancellation. There was no advertising that karaoke was cancelled for the evening, but there is a huge sign inside the bar that advertises karaoke on Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday nights. Management needs to be proactive enough to get their stuff together so this doesn't happen again. That's their job!
I feel taken advantage of. Call before making plans to go here or you might end up disappointed.

The last time I came here, they were under a different management. My Packers was on CBS at the same time that the Colts were on CBS. Don't understand why the Colts were on local station...lol.
I ordered a diet sprite and also ordered 12 chicken wings (Their original hot combined with teriyaki) mmmgood! And a chili hot dog with onions (sorry, forgot to take pictures). I was hungry.

We’ve been going into Wrigley’s for many years and stopped in tonight to have their special, tacos. I have to say they were the worst tacos I’ve ever had. The beef taco had a very small amount of meat (maybe a tablespoon) and it was greasy and without any seasoning - I didnt even eat it. The chicken taco consisted of 2 small bites of bland chicken. We commented that they forgot the chicken when she set it down in front of us because there was no chicken to be seen until you moved the lettuce and looked for it The waitress even commented that she wasn’t sure why they were so skimpy but that was it. The salsa tasted like ketchup and tacos were also cold Hardly any substance at all My husband ended up ordering some wings which are always great since the tacos weren’t worth eating. Note that boneless and bone in wings are priced the same, but when we requested bone in with the wing basket the waitress came back and said the manager said “no” which was strange. Hoping it was just us getting the bad experience tonight and not everyone because we have always loved Wrigley and hope it’s better next time!
