I’ve heard great reviews for this place but always assumed they were pretty pricey so kinda been putting it off . Let me tell you!!! If I had known how good and affordable this place was I would been here a long time ago! We made last minute reservations for a smaller birthday party and we were not disappointed! Our food came out fairly quickly and it was such big portions every one of us took a ‘to go’ container home with us. I’m super picky when it comes to not made at home lasagna, but I went with it anyhow expecting to have to ‘soup it up’. WRONG! This meal was absolutely fantastic and my entire meal with drink was less than $20. And I have lunch for tomorrow too! Breadsticks were super soft but still cooked all the way. Service was friendly and fast. The only downside was it’s kinda small inside so if it’s a weekend you may want to do a reservation to make sure there is seating available. Will definitely be returning to this location!
The zianos on Covington Rd is an absolute joke. The place is ran by incompetent kids. They screwed up my take out order. They were contacted that same night when we got home and was told by their manager that they would refund me for the incorrect item, which was never done. I went into the store a week later to resolve the issue, the "manager" Mario, took my card and said he would process the refund only to have a CHARGE in the amount of refund placed on my card again. When I told the "manager" Mario about this and to just refund me in cash instead for both charges he said he couldn't. I told him it was absolutely ridiculous to which he replied to get out of his store. Absolutely shameful! I will be contacting my credit card company. I will never go to zianos again after being treated like this by their "manager".

placed an order through door dash- When I received the order, it was missing food, the bags were sealed. Door Dash did refund me, however when I called to see if it was accidently left there, I was informed that they did not even make the item that I ordered, I was informed they have to manually enter the orders in on a i-pad and that they did not enter the whole order and did not have the item that I order and originally paid for listed on my order. That they did not even make it and was very rude when I was simply asking if it was left behind on accident.

We love Zianos! Sure beats Casa any day. Rachel was great!
Placed an order online, the order was supposed to take 30 minutes, it took nearly an hour. When I got home I found the order was wrong. My bad for trusting that my order would be right and not checking it before I left! Tried calling the location to let them know, waited for a bit for someone to pick up, eventually I hung up and called again, someone picked up and immediately hung up. I get being short staffed but that doesn’t mean people’s orders should be wrong and getting hung up on.

2/26/25 I recently dined at Zianos and had a disappointing experience due to the lack of consideration for dietary restrictions. When I asked our waitress whether the marinara sauce contained sugar—because I have an allergic reaction to it and also don’t allow my toddler to have sugar—her response was dismissive. Instead of checking with the kitchen, she simply said, “Everything has sugar in it, from mustard to tomato paste if you’re going to be worried about sugar.” While natural sugars are present in some ingredients, this response was unhelpful and dismissive of a valid dietary concern.
Additionally, she suggested I get my one-year-old a lemonade, speaking to him directly. When I declined and asked for water instead, she smacked her lips and said, “Oh.” While she was kind to my child, her attitude toward my questions was off-putting. When customers have dietary needs, especially allergies, they should be taken seriously.
Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won’t be dining here again. I hope Zianos trains its staff to be more accommodating and respectful when addressing customers’ dietary concerns or atleast list ingredients on a category on their website.
I only had the minestrone with a side house salad and my arm broke out with bumps and I have a massive headache, again I don’t consume sugar and I never felt like this after a meal.
I usually get bread sticks (to die for) and a salad or roasted red pepper soup ( so delicious!). Every time I go to Fort Wayne Zianos is where I eat. Love this place!
