I just tried Ziano’s for the first time ever Saturday and it’s sooooo good I’m blown away! I can’t believe I never heard of it before🤯 Great food, great portions, great prices. That’s what I’m talking about‼️🍝🥗🍤🍇🥖🍅🧄🧅 me and my husbands new favorite restaurant💗 we will bring the kiddos very soon. Rachel was an excellent server and brought our food fast and treated us so nicely.

The zianos on Covington Rd is an absolute joke. The place is ran by incompetent kids. They screwed up my take out order. They were contacted that same night when we got home and was told by their manager that they would refund me for the incorrect item, which was never done. I went into the store a week later to resolve the issue, the "manager" Mario, took my card and said he would process the refund only to have a CHARGE in the amount of refund placed on my card again. When I told the "manager" Mario about this and to just refund me in cash instead for both charges he said he couldn't. I told him it was absolutely ridiculous to which he replied to get out of his store. Absolutely shameful! I will be contacting my credit card company. I will never go to zianos again after being treated like this by their "manager".

The shrimp 🦐 Alfredo was very disappointing only got like 4 shrimp and my wife specifically asked for extra shrimp two times on the phone I guess the person can’t hear that well !!!!!!!

Called Zianos on Dupont Friday afternoon to add to our order, waited on the phone for 45 minutes before a lady answered! We catered for my Mom's B Day Party. Of course, the bread sticks were amazing and awesome prices, but the spaghetti and the mostaccioli had no flavor and was very dry, barely anyone ate at the party and for the price of 2 full pans, we through most of it out unfortunately.
