One of our favorite places to eat in Fort Wayne!! This visit received a low score for 2 things. 1. Lots of the pictures from the walls had been removed making it less Nostalgic. 2. (Not our waitress) but A waitress adjusted her pants right infant of our table, but reaching her hands inside the back of her pants to pull them up. Not a site I was anticipating seeing while eating food.
Nice neighborhood restaurant with a little nice bar. Food is delicious, specially if you are into ribs. I go for the fry fish. The bar is small, comfortable and safe. No worries of any trouble or weirdos here. Service is delightful and helpful. My only complaint is that they dont have a good spirit drink selection. No special cocktails or such. Beer is always cold tho.
I heard a lot of hype and wanted to try it. I tried my best to be open about it but it wasn’t working for me. For me the meat should be able to stand alone. The chicken had no flavor it wasn’t even seasoned with salt and pepper. The ribs was barely seasoned. This is why they want to coat the food with their sauce. To cover the blandness. The best part of the meal was the jalapeño poppers and the brewed tea service was good
