Their website needs to be updated. Went in to sample, and was told they are not a "commercial" bakery and do not keep anything on hand. They are into June with any orders. Very disappointing as their website shows a display case with baked goods.

I really only go here for Beignet Saturdays, but it's sooooo worth it! Don't do it if you're in a hurry because they are fried fresh so they take a while even with a time slot reservation. I usually plan to stop in and get an eta, then go walk the pop-up farmer's market while I wait. Great price and fantastic experience! Pro Tip: Do not eat them in your car or you will be finding powdered sugar for weeks. I eat them sitting outside and with coffee, for a perfect Saturday morning. And it's only once a month so you don't get the guilt since it's an occasional delight, rather than an overindulgence.
