I really only go here for Beignet Saturdays, but it's sooooo worth it! Don't do it if you're in a hurry because they are fried fresh so they take a while even with a time slot reservation. I usually plan to stop in and get an eta, then go walk the pop-up farmer's market while I wait. Great price and fantastic experience! Pro Tip: Do not eat them in your car or you will be finding powdered sugar for weeks. I eat them sitting outside and with coffee, for a perfect Saturday morning. And it's only once a month so you don't get the guilt since it's an occasional delight, rather than an overindulgence.

Last weekend I tried the cinnamon rolls for the first time and now I’m hooked for life. I went inside to pickup and they were making over 200 cinnamon rolls with a smile on their faces. Super friendly, clean, and delicious smelling bakery. This weekend I picked up cookies and cupcakes and they are on point. Great place!
