I always receive great service, clean store. Heather is awesome! The weekend afternoon/evening guy (I don't know his name but he works most weekends until 10pm as cashier) is super friendly and always has a smile.

Fortville....Simply wanted to go in and grab a small pizza, a drink and a few lottery tickets and the short man ..cashier.... with the beard dark hair and the ear pods in ...it was more important to talk to his earpods then to talk to the customer in front of him.
Left the pizza left the lottery tickets and left the soda..... Wake up little one, customer service is not your cup of tea, get over yourself and the ipods don't belong at work in front of Customers.

As a hard working citizen who is always a customer at this particular location (that is constantly spending lots of money here), I felt the need to place a review due to the disappointment and unhappiness with the poor service that I continue to receive. I would like to say that this poor service starts at the top with management and what they (he/she) are allowing. I have noticed that the female staff here are usually unattractive, unfriendly, unhappy, and mean looking women who appear to show racist and prejudiced ways in how they service you. Customer service should be helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly... they need to have patience. If the standards for this store is set high then the self-esteem from the cashiers needs to be high as well. You cannot have one without the other. I would like to thank the two men that work here for being great at the job they do. You need good people who care, not people who follow you, stare at you, whisper about you, and mean mug you... all while texting on their cellphone phones and not doing their jobs.

They have great personal, friendly, and engaging. Great amenities, clean bathroom's, and good selection of food and drink. Gas prices are comparable to other local stations, and with the price of gas that is definitely the most important thing.

The girl working today is clearly upset . I was just traveling through and she was one of the rudest folks I have ever spoke with .Won't return !
All employees here need to understand when they see an African American come into the store they need to be more polite. HUCKS gas station is a BUISNESS! A business to service all people all people who are respectful when they enter and willing to spend their hard working money. Please try to keep good energy and not show signs of discrimination. It makes absolutely no sense its very noticeable when it happens. So please being sincerely polite to people can go along way in life. Great store thankyou!
