i love this place but whoever made the drinks today was just not it. sometimes i go here and it's just pure slushie and tasteless, was legit flavored milk at best. y'all really need to reconsider the baristas cause it's a complete hit or miss no inbetween

So I go here quite frequently and order the same thing every single time and when she handed me my drink this morning it was not a large and I said to her this is not a large and she said it was a large. (It was a medium because as I said I get a large everytime) but at this point I was mad and she had walked off and disappeared from the window so I drove off. The only reason I am writing a review is because this happens all the time specifically at this location and it’s really annoying. I’m tired of getting charged for a large or an extra large if you aren’t going to give me that size.

I really just wish that people could actually listen and get a order right. 3 times iv gone there ordered the same drink every single time I tell them no ice and every single time they add ice? Why? Is it pure negligence? Just wanting to be rude? Or to stupid to understand? Or to busy to talking to the there work buddy? Don't really care just once id like my order right. But I guess asking for no ice is asking to much?

I’ve visited this Scooters location five times in the past two weeks, and the service has been inconsistent. Today it took over four minutes from when I placed my order to when I actually received my coffee and drove off. Since this location only has a drive-through with no option for inside pickup, I feel the process should be quicker and more efficient. On previous visits, I was once given the wrong order and another time my coffee had no sugar, despite asking for several. There’s definitely room for improvement in both speed and accuracy.

My family is new to Indiana, and homesick. Scooters has become our first love of our new state! Everyone is so kind, friendly, and happy when we visit. Our medically complex child is mostly gtube-dependant for nutrition, but she always gets a weekly scooters sugar cookie while Mommy & Daddy enjoy a caffeinated drink. Thank you Scooters for being a place of happiness, new traditions, and familiarity while my family adjusts to a new home!

I had a meltdown when they were out of the Cinnamon Rolls. They're that good. Get there before 11am on a Saturday
