I ordered on app for 6:55 pm pickup. When I arrived at 6:57, I received blank stares from the staff. I was the only person in the store. Neither employee said hi or they’d be right with me. Each Just kept making a sub. I checked and saw that the app changed the time to 7:55. I showed one of them the confirmation email with the order. Still no indication that they were going to make the subway sandwich that I ordered. Barely acknowledged my presence.
I asked if they’d be able to make early or if they could check with the system. The employee said we don’t mess with the system. I didn’t want to wait an hour for a sub and expressed frustration. The employee said that she was going to make it but I scared her. At that point, all I could do was leave without my sandwich. I drive by this subway multiple times a week. I will never patronize this establishment.
Subway app is terrible and customer service at this restaurant is poor.

This Subway was so clean. I don’t think I have ever seen any food facility this clean. The veggies and bread were fresh. Great service. Will definitely go back there!

Very good place to eat a delicious subway, I love the Italian bread with cheese, it's the best. The customer service is very good, the young people who serve there are attentive and very friendly, the cleanliness of the place is impeccable, I really recommend it ? they have excellent flavor, tomorrow Saturday I will stop by again

The 2 high school workers couldn't even enter a Coupon into the system correctly but yet they're left too run a store.
