such amazing service!! my waiter has been by to make sure out food was good 3 times in a row then they brought out chicken and rice that had wayy to much sauce and the manager fixed that asap without a question about it! they all have such great attitudes definitely the better applebees to go to than any other ones i’ve been to..

I have been a regular at the Frankfort location for 3 yrs now. The management and staff are always great to talk to and make you feel like you are at home. Tabatha has been there a long time and always goes up and beyond to make sure her guests are getting what they need. She has many regulars that come in during her shifts because they feel the same way I do. Her personality and service is what kept me coming back this long. Andrea has also been great who works days Tabatha is not working the bar. I highly recommend everyone to come in whether your with your family or just dropping in for a couple drinks or an appetizer. It's called The perfect Margarita and I'm here to tell you I'm a margarita connoisseur I don't drink that much couple times a year if that some years but this is truly the perfect margarita and for the price can't beat it comes out and shaker get three or four glasses me and my girl shared it It was great keep up the good work

Went on 3-15-25 the food was cooked perfectly. The service however was not good. Our server acted like it was a big deal to clean up a spill that was in front of me when I sat down. There was dirty glasses sitting around the bar. Just really disappointed in the service..

This Applebee's is more spread out, lots of room. The highlight was Chase, the server. I have been to a lot of restaurants in my time and Chase is right up there at the top. Ask for him and he will ensure an enjoyable and memorable time. He is very patient with customized requests and accommodating!

Staff was amazing had zero problems with communication, My only issue is I spent 30 dollars on a chicken quesadilla and there was only tomato and cheese on half of them so that was very disappointing.

Exceptional cook at this Applebee's. Each of the four of us had our meals cooked with perfection. Juicy chicken, perfectly cooked Steaks and shrimp. Temperature and seasoning was perfect. Presentation was nice and the service was on point. Our drinks from the bar were wonderful also. Great experience. Definitely recommend this Applebee's.
