Sheryl is the best drivethrough server Ive ever had! Her speed, professionalism and dedication are unmatched. I heard her talking to the kitchen staff to make sure they got my order without oninons and extra sauce. The shakes and food here are so so good.

Ordered a chicken bacon swiss sandwich. My receipt was dated for today at 8:05pm. My sandwich had a receipt on it dated for today at 7:01pm. That tells me that sandwich sat for an hour before I even got it.

I ordered a classic chicken wrap, and loaded curly fries. Was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on chicken to be done. When we got our food, chicken was undercooked and did not see it until it was too late. Ended the night with food poisoning. Will probably avoid eating there

So I have been to many Arbys. Arent they all the same? Maybe maybe not. This Arbys the service was good. I went drive thru. The associate was very friendly, it wasnt a busy time of day but still service was fast. I had the greek gyro. I do enjoy Arbys version of a gyro. I cant say i had a bad one from any of them i visited and this one is good also. Hot fresh. Maybe they should get 5 stars. But until i try the fish sandwich and a beef n cheddar from there 4 it is. Also in readimg the other reviews if people are taking the time to give you feedback, it isnt polite to let a bot respond. Be personable. Talk to your community. People do look at these reviews. I do when i visit a new town and i try to promote as much as possible. Bot responses show us u dont care.
Parking: Easy access it is next to a smallish walmart so watching people pull out is the only real issue they all think they have the right of way leaving walmart.

Whenever I am hungry in Frankfurt Indiana. I always drop in and grab a double roast beef and cheddar. Top it off with a cherry turnover and I'm good. Always really nice customer service.

Ordered two beef and cheddar sandwiches at this location. Person preparing item placed buns on paper. However, after slicing the beef the beef was placed directly on the countertop while sauce was added to buns. I don't know what was on the countertop before and I don't know if it was clean. Cross contamination of food or something else on the meat is very concerning to me. I hope the management can correct this process of preparing meals.

I normally do not take time to review fast food, but wow, this food stood out! Ordered 2 roast beefs, and they melted in my mouth with each bite. Then had a cherry turnover that was rich with flavors. I eat at other Arby's and have never had that same taste. The ladies at the counter were nice and the place was decorated very festive.
