I am a regular here. I usually order an iced latte with vanilla, honey, and sweet foam. It doesn't disappoint. I have also ordered an iced matcha latte and their matcha is really good in my opinion. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Recently, they have started to recognize me and my order. It makes me feel special. Which I think is an important touch in the customer service field. I definitely recommend them as one of the go-to coffee spots in Frankfort. They are kinda pricey but worth it, in my opinion.

Gave us all the sandwiches in the wrong bag. Told them and they told us they knew and were fixing it. I told them specifically the sausage egg and cheese wasn’t in there and they still managed to give me a the completely wrong sandwich on the wrong bagel. Spent $40

The lady with dark blond hair (or light brown hair), who worked the drive-thru this morning, is the person I've had the past few times. She is sweet, knowledgeable, always upsells, and is always willing to give the most popular option along with what her favorites are. I'm not a frequent coffee goer, but her demeanor and professionalism keep me coming back, and they are quick!

I stopped by this place for the 1st time this morning and my experience was wonderful. The 3 young lady’s that was working was very helpful and very friendly. They was busy when I went but kept things going and had smiles on there faces the whole time. I will come back again and hope that they are working. They deserve a raise for that. Good job lady’s.

Food and drinks are all great most of the time. Service is good only on days when certain people are working The bad part about this business is how they won’t let employees call out sick. It’s disgusting to see someone who is sniffling or obviously looks sick handling your food or drinks. It’s definitely a food safely violation

Biggby Coffee is my favorite coffee place. I am in town visiting. I searched for coffee shops. Biggby came up. I was so excited. My niece is with me and she loves their coffee too. We've been there (the one in Frankfort,IN) 3 times in 5 days. Where I am from there are 4 Biggby Coffee shops within a 20 mile radius ... Maybe less miles apart. Trust me, it's not like Starbucks, but it's tons better!!! You'll thank me here later.
Their everything bagel with sausage, egg and cheese is delicious. Their avalanche cold brew is delicious. The only thing I found that is kind of a downer is the drive-through lol

I am in love with Biggby coffee! I'm so happy they're here in frankfort. I go at least once or twice a week, and I've already used my two free drinks from my rewards. Staff is very friendly I couldn't have a complaint about them or the service I received. Once they're at gets up and going and I can order it but in the morning before 5:30 or at 5:30 it'll be just over the top for me.
