Was excited to try out Bruno’s pizza for the first time. Ordered a large pizza and a side of Bruno bites. Pizza upon first impression looks undercooked and has tons of topping on it. First bite of the pizza proves that it is indeed undercooked. The vegetables are crunchy and raw, mushrooms are canned and not cooked. The sausage somehow has no flavor. The cheese is barely melted and chewy in texture. Can’t taste the sauce. Lastly, the crust is thin, soggy, limp and somehow had the texture of chicken skin. The Bruno bites are tasty. Unfortunately let down and disappointed in this 35$ order that is not good at all.

Very friendly service. Told us up front that they just received a large takeout order so it would be a wait for our order. Offered free stix that were made extra. Great food!! Would definitely recommend.

45 minutes after I'd placed the order, they still hadn't started my pizza. The place was empty and there was only one order waiting to be picked up, so they weren't even busy. Ridiculous.

0 on service. For takeout said it would be 4 minutes. 25 minutes later asked where the pizza was, it was sitting on under the heat lamp the entire time. Never even apologized. Won't be back
