I stopped here for lunch with my supervisor while on a work trip. We had a B'Day meal with out of town family and the service was great and everyone's food was delicious. When we are in Frankfort from Tennessee we always enjoy eating at Hoops !
I got the sirloin steak dinner. It was seasoned well and cooked exactly as I asked. The coleslaw was ok, I've had better and I've had much worse, but the mashed potatoes were not good. There were hard dry crusty pieces of potato throughout my helping and they were extremely dense. Like they'd been made for lunch and they just kept them to serve the rest of the day.
