went thru the drive thru with a person ahead that ordered a lot and had to wait for a good amount of time till their order was done...but once it was the line went fast...food was hot delicious and exactly how I ordered...the staff at the windows greeted with smiles n made the wait forgotten

Horrible experience each time I've been. Workers are playing loud music and not working. Being parked to wait on your food that is poorly made and wrong for 20 min is ridiculous. The inside is always filthy.
So I work all night and all I wanted was a cold coffee. This is a large Caramel machiatto! At least they stirred it this time but I think only bcuz they drank half of it! Smh. Never again, thank God for 7

If I could give a negative review being a negative one I would.. I went first through the drive-through. The line was too long and backed up mind you, this was at 3:45.pm So I went inside I was only after a drink stood in line for approximately 6 to 8 minutes. They did not greet, Did not acknowledge there was another gentleman standing next to me that was not waited on either. I took my business elsewhere. As I will For the remainder. When I was standing there, it was total chaos. Yes, they were putting the drive-through at priority watch they should. I have worked as a fast food manager in the industry. They need organization in line preparation.. this person cooks the meat. This person cooks the french fries this person does the window so one and so forth all those people are bumping into one another there is no order. Therefore, the orders are not handed out the window on time and the front counter was not being tended to at all. ! Will never return will never recommend this place either

Some days service is fast and steady. Other times you're waiting 20 minutes for your food and everytime I've gotten a Happy Meal they always forget to give me the chocolate milk.
Parking: Parking is awful especially when there's a line for the drive-thru you can't even back out with the possibility of hitting someone. Parking lot could be a little bigger especially with the drive-thru line right in middle of entry way.
