I love Papa John's pizza but feel sorry for this location. They seem to always be just barely operating and I never see the same people working there. Their quality has suffered. My cheese pizza was mostly crust and almost no cheese. I had a supreme and a sausage mushroom with the same issues. Very disappointing.

Don’t order after 11pm. If they are within an hour of closing they will keep your order on the screen and cancel it when they’re about to close so you can’t even inquire why it was canceled. The level of laziness at this location continues to surprise me although I guess it shouldn’t at this point. I’m usually awake late nights and I do enjoy the pizza when i actually get it. But now I’m out an hour of my time I could have gotten something else. This has happened two times before this but I tried to give them one more chance and ordered at 11:01. Whoever runs this location at night needs to be trained that when you’re open you make the orders you receive regardless of what time it is.

I was at was at the Frankfort location picking up an order on 9/4, and there was ONLY 1 guy working doing EVERYTHING. He was really busy but didn't miss a beat. Papa John's if you see this give that man a raise hes a hard worker!

Ordered a large cheddar stuffed pepperoni pizza 10 boneless and 10 traditional wings thru door dash we got 20 boneless wings, I made a call and Rodrick and Casey were on top of it no questions asked and the wings were amazing i definitely appreciate the hospitality and the customer service!

What a shit show, every time. Order online, app says it’s done. Drive 20 minutes to go pick it up and it hasn’t even been started yet. Then when you get it, half the order has been done and sitting for 10 minutes before the other half gets started.

the food was good, but the interaction with one of the workers was very unpleasant. brandon was very unprofessional and made the whole experience uncomfortable. his comments and his eyes wouldn’t stay up they kept veering down (if your a woman you know what i mean). it’s very unsettling and we will not go back when he is working. luckily for us we know a worker there who makes everything good. thank you lane! everything’s always perfect when it’s you.

Called in for carry out. Went to computer. Went to a foreigner that sounded like a computer then to actual frankfort branch. Spoke with Roger. Took accurate order, repeated listened to allergy concerns and then was very polite when arrived at store to pick up order. Pizza and breadsticks were baked almost perfectly and plenty of toppings. Will definitely go again. Thanks all that worked there thus evening it was nice to see smiling faces.

The pizza they made for us tonight 2/25 was mutilated and incomplete, unacceptable I ordered a whole pizza and only got 70% of one - feels like robbery! I don’t live in town, so conveniently running back is generally out of the question.
