The pizza they made for us tonight 2/25 was mutilated and incomplete, unacceptable I ordered a whole pizza and only got 70% of one - feels like robbery! I don’t live in town, so conveniently running back is generally out of the question.

Papadiila was a very thin piece of dough and soggy. Bread was so thin and looked so old. I was looking so forward to trying one and so excited to have papa John since I haven't had them in so long. This store should be closed and striped of the papa johns. I'm totally disappointed. I'm even more shocked that they would even deliver something of not great or good quality to it's customer. I may not ever get Papa John's ever again. DO NOT even bother. I read the reviews, and like not too bad, I'll try. I'm the one who doesn't leave reviews,but I had to on this store. You been warned ⚠️

Paid for the order online, showed up and they refused to make it and told us we had to call the corporate office to get our money back. Won't be coming back this is ridiculous.

Placed an online order at the Frankfort, IN location. Arrived at the store and the employee asked the name the order was under. I told him the name and he went to the stack of orders waiting to be picked up and then to the computer. He came back and said that he didn't have any orders under that name. I walked out and went to Pizza Hut and placed the same order in person and paid for it. While I was waiting on my Pizza Hut order to get done I got a call from Pappa Johns saying they found my order. Too late that ship sailed.

I thought this place was getting better. I've worked as a delivery driver for Papa John's and I know how crazy it can get but have a sense of urgency! I'm not all about "the customer is always right" I hate customers. But when I order my food and it's like 40 mins and my order still hasn't even gone in the oven and I see the guy slowly slapping dough and talking to other workers instead of getting things done then doing whatever he may want it pisses me off. Get stuff done, then mess around. I don't care. I just want to eat dude.
The actual story doesn't answer the phone they have an answering service that over charges you so annoyed

Jeremiah is amazing! We had minor issues with the automated ordering system. Jeremiah was accommodating and he was adamant about making our order right. Its because of people like Jeremiah that we love Papa John's!
