Would give zero stars if I could. Stopped in 10pm Friday night. Guy behind the counter clearly didn't want to be there. No greeting, no 'what are you having tonight'. Just put on his gloves and just stood there-I guess that was my cue to order. Just kind of tossed everything on the bread, wrapped it half assed. I added cookies to the order. He put them in the little cookie bag and kind of slid them across the counter in my general direction. I paid. No thank you or have a good night, just turned and walked away. Hey kid, if you're reading this I understand Fritos up the road is hiring. Go put in an app if you hate subway so much.

I work out in Frankfurt, Indiana and I go to the subway every day on lunch and today for the first time I was served by this lady that happens to be the manager. She got completely upset with me because I didn’t want my whole sandwich toasted. I told her I only wanted to meet warm And she replied by saying Well, you should’ve said that she proceeded to put the cheese on my sandwich. I told her only one of two slices of cheese. She replied well. The sandwich takes four. I’m making a sandwich how it’s supposed to be and I asked her. Why are you being so rude? And she told me to go to another subway she was so rude that a customer offered to order my food for me because he saw her rude. She was being. I told her I want spinach, onions and jalapeño on my sandwich. She just threw the stuff on her any type of way and I told her for you to be the manager. I’m pretty sure you know that’s not how That sandwich is supposed to look. Can I please get someone else to make my sandwich? She replied no one else is making your sandwich. I smacked the sandwich on the floor and I left that lady is flat out Rude and something needs to be done about her. Before she insults the wrong person one day and it gets really bad. Management really needs to do something about that woman. I felt as though she was treating me that Way because I was black don’t mean to use the black card, but I’m calling that how it is I’m going to Subway every day. I never had a problem but today she’s making my sandwich And I get treated this way. She even threaten to call the cops on me. and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person this one that’s been rude to if you go to eat at this subway and you see this woman at the counter I encourage you to just walk away and go eat somewhere else And if anyone else has had to run in with this woman, please comment below thanks

Manager April she hates customers and her job very hatefull looks at the customers no greetings instead she asks what you want .. not changing her gloves after touching register screen young lady was fine never go back

The 2 ladies who are running the morning shifts, constantly have attitude! Why should I feel guilty for ordering a sandwich?

We went in like 20 minutes ago and the lady on night shift was very rude. She ignored me and ignored my fiance when we told her we wanted to add something to our order and she slid our sandwich’s across the counter and was very crappy when she talked to us. We definitely will not be going back during the week and will only be going on the weekends

They need to retrain their staff because they have two young men who, when you introduce yourself, don't greet you. They just stare at you standing there and don't even ask what you want, as if you didn't exist. Very poor service.
