This place is so nasty they don't change gloves at all after handling money they go right back and start touching everyone's food. Disappointed never going there again due to that is cross contamination

Service isn’t friendly food is cold or they forget food all together and they are not busy enough to forget that much stuff and could be more friendly!! Open up my food to it being cold and not correct! Don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

I decided to stop at Taco Bell with my niece and i ordered the cantata meal, this is what was in both and after I complained to who I think was the night shift manager who was actually nice. I didn’t get both redone they gave me one and the female employee who I heard him speak to walked into the front lobby with an attitude saying well I guess I’ll be respectful while giving me and my niece dirty looks. 3 employees went outside and started smoking right at the front doors where customers walk in at. I will be going back in tomorrow and talking to the store manager. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never go back and eat here again.

I can't comment on the food because I went to the restroom first and it was gross, then went into the lobby and it was in need of cleaning then I looked behind the counter into the workers area and it was gross too so i left and didnt order anything. Went to Culver's and everything was nice and clean.

Less than a star. After calling an hour after my doordash order. The poor girl on the phone was shaking when my stern talking of messing up my order, after getting 'stolen' via my door dasher which they told me... was not the dashers fault, as she was waiting there for half an hour, and still This location got my order wrong. And came cold.. which again not my dashers fault as she came and delivered as quickly as possible. I will not blame the dasher. I will blame the poorly managed and poorly put together taco bell I ordered from. If I am not repermanded for my dasher, and myselfs, patience. I will never eat at this location again. I will go else where. Also will let everyone I know, be well aware of the manager poorly mistreating the employees, and not satisfying their customers. I'd rather drive an hour to get better service from a fast food restaurant.

It's disappointing and frustrating when the same order is made differently every time. When there aren't missing items that require a return trip, there are missing ingredients that result in an unsatisfying experience. A little consistency and effort, beyond just making sure everything on the screen is correct, would be nice.
