We ordered our food and then went to the counter for our cups and not one person would come to the counter. They just left our food on the counter instead of making sure we heard them, which we didn't. The food was awful! It was cold and made incorrectly. Also, we ordered a freeze and never got it.

Handsoap dispenser missing in men's room. Drink dispenser in lobby not working. Place could use a face-lift. For a company owned store, you'd think Taco 🌮 Bell would take more pride and concern for the physical store. The service was great!

Your feet will stick to the floor here. Really dirty store. I got chips and cheese and there were literally 200 pieces of chips in a tiny chip bag. Lol .. that's happened at least twice. Eat at Taco Bell out of town cuz this one is not great. Drive thru takes forever. The food is messy. They really don't care. Everytime we come here we are unhappy.

Seems like each time we go,we are disappointed. We always have to clean our own tables. Floor is gross. Service is a joke! 2 customers left because nobody was helping them at the counter. I don't know who trains their employees, but they need a refresher course. The last time WAS the last time.

I have lived in Frankfort for about 6 years and the first couple years the service was hit or miss sometimes but not too bad. But l stopped going there like a year ago because they started to consistently mess up the order virtually every time; wrong or missing items, not the correct ingredients in items, and very long wait times at night. My wife went there last week after not going in awhile and they messed up her order how I described previously. Its a shame because I love Taco Bell food, but I just can't go there if the service is so consistently poor. I sometimes wonder if any local people even go there anymore, its probably mostly out-of-towners who aren't aware how bad their service is. Unless its late at night and nothing else is open, I recommend going anywhere else unfortunately. And if you do go definitely check your order before driving away, chances are it will wrong.

This place is so nasty they don't change gloves at all after handling money they go right back and start touching everyone's food. Disappointed never going there again due to that is cross contamination

Service isn’t friendly food is cold or they forget food all together and they are not busy enough to forget that much stuff and could be more friendly!! Open up my food to it being cold and not correct! Don’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

I decided to stop at Taco Bell with my niece and i ordered the cantata meal, this is what was in both and after I complained to who I think was the night shift manager who was actually nice. I didn’t get both redone they gave me one and the female employee who I heard him speak to walked into the front lobby with an attitude saying well I guess I’ll be respectful while giving me and my niece dirty looks. 3 employees went outside and started smoking right at the front doors where customers walk in at. I will be going back in tomorrow and talking to the store manager. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never go back and eat here again.
