It’s Taco Bell, so the overall experience is on par with any Taco Bell in the Midwest. But, the staff lack customer service skills. They do not greet you when you arrive or when you stand waiting at the counter. They do not even ask if you need anything - they wait until you ask them. They do not engage in any conversation but silently hand you what you requested. I have been here on more than one occasion and been disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Delicious this is my favorite taco Bell location in Lafayette. They’re always so friendly in their fast with giving me my order. Whether it be inside the restaurant or the drive-through. Always high-quality food. They never get anything wrong. Highly recommend coming to this location. I will always come back.Parking: There’s approximately 20 parking spots but the parking lot is pretty large so the spots are on the edge of the parking lot and also surrounding the buildingWheelchair accessibility: They have handicap spots as well as ramped sidewalk right in front of the doors for wheelchairs

Every time they’re supposed to close at a certain time, expect it to be actually 30 minutes prior to that. I just arrived there 15 minutes before they were supposed to close and they were already closed.
