I had the worst experience with this store ever. I will drive to Lafayette before i come here again. I placed a order through the drive thru. I specifically said i did not want jalapeño sauce and i ordered double the steak. The line was long. When i got my food was covered with jalapeño. I did not wait in line again but took the opportunity to pull up with two cars ahead. The woman working yelled at the young kid for assisting me because i was not on the screen. Then when they remade the order i did not get double steak. I called them and the man saying he was the manager yelled at me said he made my order right and hung up the phone on me. Little do they know i am under cover judging their customer service. Very poor and the corporate office will hear about this. You are extremely lacking any customer service etiquette. I don’t care how busy you are you do not treat customers as you did!

There is always an item missing, not done the way I asked for, or cold. The taco bell is useless. Why order online when they dont start making the food until I get to the drive thru?

Frankforts Taco Bell needs more employees. Might as well shut it down. They are extremely slow and ALWAYS forget something in the bag. That's our money we worked hard for and deserve everything we order.

Kudos to the TWO employees trying to hold down the fort at the ONLY late night food option in town. They were trying to do a bang up job. But the wait was very long and went through 2 different times for 2 different people and both orders were wrong. Management must totally suck if they can't staff a shift properly.
The Real Shitstorm
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were out of the naked chicken. Other then that it was great. The food was amazing at the Frankfort, Indiana location. They are always so friendly and kind to my family. The food is always hot fresh and delicious. I will go back for that naked chicken. Thank you to the team at taco bell.

I had to get out of my car and pick up my change because the kid "accidentally" dropped it. Then, not only was my food so totally wrong but, I had missing items. Upon calling 7 times in a row when I began telling them what was missing i was told that if i was going to be rude that nothing was getting replaced (simply just stated what was wrong with my order after staff asked me what was wrong) Either management is going to have to be more stiff on rules or they are going to have a lot less business.
