Do not door dash from this Arby's. They packaged RAW roast beef in the sandwich, likely because we were a mobile order, and most fast foods don't care about mobile orders. But RAW food is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.

Wade is awesome! He goes out of his way every time we've stopped to make customers feel welcome. The place is always VERY clean, kept up, food is fast and delicious. There's usually coupons that come in the mail too that you can use too. Def feels a step up from your typical fast-food choices.

The girl in the drive thru didn't speak to me unless I spoke to her. Not even a See ya when I left. Then once I got into my food there was no cheese or bacon on the sandwich. For the price of this sandwich, the bacon and cheese should be in there.

Went to Arby’s to grab some dinner, wondered why there was no line at all. After getting to the speaker I see why. The person taking the order was screaming. Anytime you ordered something he would scream it back to you and ask why you were ordering that. When i asked him what was wrong with him you could hear the whole crew laughing. They thought it was funny. We just drove off.

This is one of the most well-run fast food places I’ve ever been to. Wade at the cashier was phenomenal with a positive attitude and even brought customers food to their table, no one else is doing that these days. The food itself was amazing, fresh, and hot. My new go to spot for lunch

Sandwiches are always good as well as drinks. But the last 3 times I have been here and ordered multiple large fries (have a large family) they were cold and hard. Super gross literally inedible. I'll start checking them from now on because way too expensive to just throw my money away. Check your fries!!! Employees are always kind and it's fast for an Arby's. But please stop serving old fries to save money. It's gross and honestly rude. No way they don't know the fries were old. If they fixed that issue would be 5 stars!
