DON’T GO HERE!! THE ONE IN WHITELAND IS BETTER
The very rude manager insisted she didn’t mess up my order.. half of a $30 order was literally missing they then had audacity to insist our cheese cups weren’t missing.. once again yes they were and they looked real dumb when I brought the bag with half the order missing into the store with receipt 2 minutes after going through the drive thru to receive it this was at 6:10pm 7/16

Do not door dash from this Arby's. They packaged RAW roast beef in the sandwich, likely because we were a mobile order, and most fast foods don't care about mobile orders. But RAW food is absolutely unacceptable and unsafe.

Franklin Arby's is my favorite location. We go every week. Staff is so greeting when you walk in. So friendly. The food is ALWAYS fresh. The staff makes us feel like family. Love it!!!
Wade is awesome! He goes out of his way every time we've stopped to make customers feel welcome. The place is always VERY clean, kept up, food is fast and delicious. There's usually coupons that come in the mail too that you can use too. Def feels a step up from your typical fast-food choices.

The girl in the drive thru didn't speak to me unless I spoke to her. Not even a See ya when I left. Then once I got into my food there was no cheese or bacon on the sandwich. For the price of this sandwich, the bacon and cheese should be in there.

Went to Arby’s to grab some dinner, wondered why there was no line at all. After getting to the speaker I see why. The person taking the order was screaming. Anytime you ordered something he would scream it back to you and ask why you were ordering that. When i asked him what was wrong with him you could hear the whole crew laughing. They thought it was funny. We just drove off.
