Relaxed, friendly environment ( inside & out), with good coffee, tasty food, and reasonable prices. I’m thinking I will need another biscuit, egg, bacon and cheese “sandwich” next time in town.

I just ate the best buffalo chicken wrap I’ve had at a coffee house! All the employees were super sweet! The verity of flavors for coffee rival any coffee shop. It was perfectly cool after walking around town all morning! 5 star all day.

Pastries are the best! Benjamin’s never disappoints except when they are sold out of a favorite. Lunch is equally as tasty. Is teachers at a nearby school order every Friday. Something for everyone for lunch too!

Not first visit nor last. Staff willing to mix up menu to accommodate patrons. Cozy, local hangout to encounter friends and neighbors. Coffee is good. Crowd is a testament to food and atmosphere. Don't bother if you can't linger, they are busy.

In Franklin, we love our local downtown shops. Benjamin's is one of the older established places. This is where all the towns people go to get their morning cup of joe and a scone or two. The coffee is superb and made to order. Skip the franchises out on 31. Go downtown where the locals are.

Grilled cheese take out for child. Hard bread and hard cheese. Had to throw it in trash. Had several negative experiences in the last several months. I will not return.

Pretty good Deli type sandwiches..a little pricey though for a sandwich! The place was clean but small.
