Food was great and staff was very friendly. However they were very slow for a Thursday night. We had to wait more than 5 minutes just to be seated. They had everyone sitting on the patio which was fine because it was a nice night. But it took forever for our food to come and when asked about desert she said she would give us a few minutes to decide. It took our waitress 10 minutes to come back and check even though there was us and one table left. We ended up not getting desert. I know this was probably just a bad night for the staff which is why I gave service a four. More than anything it was just frustrating seeing how empty the place was for it to take that long.

We have been to Big Woods Pizza in Nashville many times. It is the best pizza we have ever had, hands down! On our way home from the St Louis area, we decided we wanted Big Woods Pizza to take home for dinner. The restaurant in Franklin was the most convenient for our travel. I called Mikey and told him what we wanted and approximately when we would arrive. The Pizza was ready for pick and Mikey was great. My husband even got a bottle of Hard Truth Rye. We had pizza for dinner 2 nights and it did not disappoint! Thanks Big Woods Pizza and Mikey!

The patio is open to birds. Bird poop everywhere. At least the table could be wiped before seating people. I had a large dropping right on the edge of the table by my shirt. I had to be careful not to touch it because I was eating pizza with my hands. Wicker furniture is probably not a good choice with bird poop because it gets in the wicker and hard to wipe off. Maybe hang some owls around to help keep the birds away.

The service and atmosphere were great but the food was kinda expensive for what it was. We spend 100 dollars for two adults and a toddler and it was just bar food (burgers/fries and a fish and chips basket). There was a 4 dollar up charge for truffle parmesan friend and you really couldn't taste it.
Not a lot on the menu to choose from, however the food was good, the service was top notch and casual atmosphere.

The service was awful our waited could care less about being there, had to ask several times just to get our drink, food was cold service was terrible. We won’t be going back to this location again.
