Decided to give them another try months later.
Today I ordered an iced latte with decaf. She hands me a hot latte with caffeine. I told her that wasn’t what I ordered. Seconds later she hands me a “iced” coffee back I tell her thank you and she slammed the door shut. Tastes awful like she took the same hot coffee and poured it over ice.

Tried to save time by grabbing coffee here while getting gas, instead of making another stop at Starbucks. Ordered a DARK roast and received a cup of something tasteless and watered-down. A total waste. If you like your coffee to taste like more than hot water, I would not recommend this.

The two girls that are working today (12/26) were very sweet and very fast! The bathroom was SUPER clean, as well as the dining room area. I got a Teddy Bear Latte that is PHENOMENAL and my daughter got a Scuba Energy drink with Boba that was out of this world delicious.
Thank you to the two sweet girls for a great experience on our roadtrip!

Hey Mr and Mrs Biggby - you may need to hire more than one person to run a coffee shop that is located inside a busy convenience store off the interstate (oh, that also includes a drive thru).
1 star- could have gone to Starbucks 5 times in the time I stared at my shoes in this dump.

Generally I love Biggby, and this one is great, just always understaffed. The drive thru intercom is terrible too. The employees are awesome, just seems like the ownership needs to invest and support them better.

I wanted to call to speak to someone but they did not have their number posted for me to contact the manager directly.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, cheese, egg and turkey, and received a bagel with a tiny bit of cream cheese and turkey only. I repeated my order three times. I paid $8+ for this. I was headed out of town and by the time I noticed I was already on the interstate. It’s truly just disappointing to pay $8 for a bagel, get an up charge for cream cheese and still get it wrong.
Rude drive through employee. Talking nasty to customers and talking about customers. My drink was disgusting and so we're the employees. Won't be coming back here again.

It's extremely deceptive to offer something over the counter and not notify the customer there is an extra charge. Cream cheese on bagels specifically were asked if we were ok with it on both sides of the bagel. But then saw on the receipt there was an extra charge, not cool at all.
