If I could leave less than a one star I would. Restrooms were horribly dirty. Service was slow will never go back. I get a response and they send me a link to contact someone to discuss this issue and the link don’t work.
I had one of there employees tell me he would never eat there, that they are extremely dirty.

Although my and I have eaten at this Bob Evans since moving back to Franklin; I won't be back. Took 40 minutes to get a Farmer's Breakfast, a side order of biscuits and gravy, French toast with side order of bacon. There was maybe 4 people there. 3 came in after me. The Farmers breakfast had no pancakes and our food was cold.

Place was dirty and service was horrible. Took over one hour too get our food when people sat down after us got waited on and served and left. Horribly understaffed and never saw a manager. Food was cold and mediocre at best. If you want a good meal go to ann,s . To bad they are not open on weekends.

I visited Bob Evans for lunch and ordered the 1/2 salad and 1/2 sandwich. The salad was very good however the Legendary Turkey sandwich wasn't. The sandwich came and appeared to be haphazardly put together. The bread was cut crooked in that most of it covered the bottom of the sandwich and the other half was barely covering the top. The Legendary Turkey sandwich did not have any turkey on it! I had taken one bite before discovering the absence of the turkey and my server took my plate back to the kitchen. When she returned they had taken one small piece of turkey and put it on the sandwich she had taken from me. I may be wrong but ANY other time I've had to return an order I have always been given a new one. I was uncomfortable eating it after it had been handled and passed around. I ended up throwing it away because it had been handled too much. What a waste of money! I mean how difficult is it to make a deli sandwich? Unfortunately this ruined my lunch and put a damper on my day. I'm sure it will be awhile before I decide to eat there again.

Food is decent, breakfast almost always good. Don't pay attention to the staff much but that's a me issue.
However, the shrinkflation is out of hand. 10 dollars for 4 pancakes, each barely the size of my hand, and a few small chunks of limp, soggy bacon. When you dine in they're SLIGHTLY bigger, but this is quite frankly a scam. If any of my 10 dollars went to paying a half decent wage it wouldn't bother me as much, but I knowdoesn't. One more business to not eat at anymore. I'll go to Dennys, they're cheaper and they actually give you the food you pay for. I'll spend my extra 4 dollars on the cook and server doing the work.

Literally terrible, picked up dinner from carside, they forgot the Mac and cheese so I called them and they immediately said they didn’t have any, so I was like okay well I paid for a side so I got mashed potatoes. Got home, the fries were literally dark brown and burnt, the potato soup didn’t even have the bacon on it, and I was missing a whole other side of fries. This reminded me why I don’t go to Bob Evan’s. It had been a few years so I thought I would give it a try. Now I know

I really like the Cranberry Chicken Salad & Pot Roast Sandwich. It took an hour to order and get food. One server for whole place, she did her best. Sad that the other works hanging around chatting loudly couldn't help, not even clean off tables. We wasn't only ones noticed. Sure hope staff/manager realize they should work Together!!!
