Our waiter was great but the food came out very late and was partially cold. We were compensated for the mistakes made.

Haven't been in a while. Went this morning w grandson. Took forever for meal. When we got it my "sunshine skillet ' was nothing like it was supposed to be. Cold hard potatoes in it. No sausage crumble. Cheese on top not even melted from it being mostly cold. I will not be returning!! The hostess and server were nice but everything else fell short of being good food....

Waited 40 minutes for food to come to the table. Wife and I had the turkey dinner. Food was cold, especially the carrots, and the stuffing was half cooked. There was only one server and about a dozen customers. She was running her rear end off trying to keep up. This is the second time this has happened. We were there nine months ago and experienced the same problem. Will not give them another chance. We will be eating at Applebee's next time

It was not busy when we arrived. Got right in. Ordered Turkey dinners. Turkey was room temperature, green beans cold, mash potatoes were warm, and gravy was luke warm, did not get cranberry sauce on our plates. The banana bread was a very, very thin slice. You use to get a nice slice, I don't know what happened??? Would have liked a hot meal!!

The food was blah. It tasted the same as the frozen Bob Evan's food they sell at the store. The customer service was basic and she acted like she would rather bee anywhere else. This is my last visit to any Bob Evan's they are so outdated and basic.

I was told there was no kids menu available when I went in the day before Thanksgiving. The man manager was enabling a cashier by allowing her to speak very rudely to guest that questioned this. She had dark hair and was young, I didn't get her name but I plan to. This particular bob Evans is very slow and I wouldn't recommend.

Tonight was the WORST service I had experienced at this location.1. Hostess had to ask the manager if my party of 7 could be seated. She no wait 10 minutes. It took 20 minutes to be seated.2. Waiter told us they was out of Mashed potatoes, then sells them to another table.3. After we got our food, we had to ask where the rest of it was. Even had to go to the counter to get it.Probably won't go back for awhile
Wife & I went there for dinner this evening at approx. 4:45pm. We were seated and had our orders taken promptly. Our waitress seemed nice. I ordered a salad with a sweet tea and my wife ordered a BLT with fries and a Pepsi. Our drinks came pretty quickly... then we waited. There weren't too many other customers in the place. After waiting 25 minutes (in which time our waitress never came back to our table) we decided to leave. I paid for the drinks. So, I can't tell you what the food was like because we didn't get any. Also, the place needs a good cleaning. There is dried food splattered on the walls and the floor was filthy. I don't know if they were short-staffed or what. Perhaps if our waitress had told us that something was going on we would've been more patient. When we left our food still wasn't in the server's window (if it had been there I would've paid for it). We live about a mile from this place but we won't be going back.

The food was good the service was ok. I got orders to go on a couple different occasions. Both times they forgot things. I had food for several people and we all were having breakfast. Well on one occasion they were out of pancake syrup. This would have been nice to know BEFORE I ordered 2 dishes with pancakes! No napkins or forks in the to go bags...it's simple things like that that are a big deal when you order take out that are important!

Was a Bob Evans customer for many years however things have drastically changed. Attempted to have breakfast this morning and was told there was a 15 minute wait time so I peeked around the corner to look into the dining room and the were at least 10 tables open. Was told it was because the kitchen was so backed up and 5 call ins and 2 no shows. Ended up leaving along with about 8 more people. Horrible experience. Bob Evans has lost my business for life!
