Ordered through door dash. Had gotten a platter of fried pickles two sets of bone in wings one curry one ZZZ and mozzarella sticks. My wings came boneless when you like trade you dont do boneless.

Food was good the service was good but they let a drunk man hit on my wife didn't care how old my wife was management didn't care they only care about was him drinking and spending money not about the other customers the guy was rude and was trying to get laid the management didn't care he thinks it's ok for a drunk guy to hit on my wife witch if you want a married guy hit on your wife come to restaurant plus management lied about taking care of issue cop got called and they didn't care either

So ...we ordered online...they said that they close at 6 but they wanted to close an hour early....so we paid and now we r being told by the manager named Kyle that we r not getting r food....and that we won't get our money back for probably 24 hours ...and he was rude as all can be....dont go to franklin and deal with that guy

Our drinks were never empty, the food came out exactly right, and her positive attitude made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does. Never been to a bw3s like this before. It was really neat on the inside. I went back another day and was told 45 minute wait but half the tables were empty. I feel the employees bicker at eachother too much and it kinda gets in the way of them serving the customers.
This location is very poorly managed. I’ve ordered a few times for pickup and not once has the order been ready on time. At least a 20 minute wait, sometimes up to 45 minutes, every single time. Food is almost always cold when it comes out. Constantly out of items and boxes. Whoever is running this location either needs to hire more kitchen staff or get realistic about your wait times.

I had been a fairly regular customer at the b-dubs over the last few years, and prior to a few months ago I would have rated this restaurant higher. Their staff has had a major turnover and the food and service isn't nearly as good as it used to be. The wait staff and management are not as friendly and professional as they once were, and the food quality dimished significantly. Before 4.5 stars. Now. 3 stars. I guess I won't be a regular here any longer.
