Go to 'Chef-T-Chicken' instead! Seriously the service and food here SUCKS. Every carry out order for the last 6 months has been completely screwed up. Tonight my husband waited OVER AN HOUR (and the restaurant was nearly empty inside!)... when they finally brought out the order it was wrong. He got it home (less than a mile) and ALL OF THE FOOD WAS COLD. They didn't include ANY SAUCES. We paid EXTRA for 2 orders of tots (which weren't included in the sealed bags). The 'naked tenders' were so cold and dried out it was like eating 'chicken jerky'. The fries had to be reheated and were like eating STICKS. We ended up throwing out almost all of the food -- $80 down the drain!! DON'T BOTHER!! Order somewhere else!

I ordered wings online for pickup, I went in the restaurant and received my food, there was no napkins, I am not going to eat messy wings with no napkins I thought it would be common knowledge to put napkins in the bag but I guess the customer isn’t a priority, apparently I am not the only person to complain about napkins also I sent my bf in to ask politely for more they just stared at him no one asked him what he needed after 15mins he came out I went in and I waited more than 20mins for someone to finally walk up to me and ask what I needed I finally got some damn napkins it’s not like they was busy there was nobody in there eating in the restaurant and hardly no workers it looked like, but the few workers that was in there just kept walking around staring at me wondering what I was doing well maybe they should do their job right if I had that job I’d make sure every customer had napkins and I wouldn’t just ignore the customer either if they needed help I would respectfully assist them! Also we ordered 2 drinks with our food they made them both wrong but I didn’t complain about that to them because I didn’t want to seem more like a Karen it’s just frustrating that they don’t do the things right it’s no better than McDonald’s they don’t give napkins either but they get the drinks right

I keep hoping we will get waited on quickly and our food delivered promptly. We waited and finally got a server to take our order. Other people came in after us, were seated after us, received their food, ate most of it, then complained about their food, received new food, all before we got our food. My nachos were a shame compared to the other people who received theirs before us.

The bartender Jazz took such great care of us, the food was so good and the service was top notch. Very great BWW location, it’s a little out of my way but I will be coming back!

I went for lunch for Veterans Day. I honestly haven't participated in any of the free offerings to Veterans and decided to chance it. They failed on everything, in my opinion. I won't be back.
I was really disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The wings were cold and lacked flavor, which was a big letdown considering they’re supposed to be the star of the menu. To make matters worse, the service was poor—our server was inattentive, and it took forever to get our food despite the restaurant not being busy. Overall, it felt like neither the quality of the food nor the service was a priority. I’ve enjoyed this place in the past, but this visit left a bad taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively.

Husband and I were craving wings. We have never been to Buffalo Wild Wings and we won’t be back. Order was completely wrong, the chicken was chewy and cold and the sauce was minimal. The fried pickles would have been good had they been hot and come with the sauce. So many other places that do wings so much better. Expected more from an overpriced wing place
