Never been to a bw3s like this before. It was really neat on the inside. I went back another day and was told 45 minute wait but half the tables were empty. I feel the employees bicker at eachother too much and it kinda gets in the way of them serving the customers.

This location is very poorly managed. I’ve ordered a few times for pickup and not once has the order been ready on time. At least a 20 minute wait, sometimes up to 45 minutes, every single time. Food is almost always cold when it comes out. Constantly out of items and boxes. Whoever is running this location either needs to hire more kitchen staff or get realistic about your wait times.

I had been a fairly regular customer at the b-dubs over the last few years, and prior to a few months ago I would have rated this restaurant higher. Their staff has had a major turnover and the food and service isn't nearly as good as it used to be. The wait staff and management are not as friendly and professional as they once were, and the food quality dimished significantly. Before 4.5 stars. Now. 3 stars. I guess I won't be a regular here any longer.

The last 3 to go orders have been missing something. If you decide it is worth the drive back to get the items that were missing, you become invisible to all employees. Will definitely not order from here again. Wings Ect... Will get my business.

Stood in the waiting area for over 10 minutes waiting to be seated with me and my wife on the night of our anniversary. Nobody ever came. Wasted time on our only night together.

Can you people do anything right? This location sucks, it’s always sucked and will suck beyond the eventual collapse of our universe. Somehow this location manages to mess something up every single visit. Place an order at 9 pm with a 9:40 pm pick up time? A little long but whatever. Oh but you manage to give someone else my food and now I’m stuck waiting another 20 minutes. Somehow you never have half the sauces we order or you’re out of ranch. You forget items constantly. You can’t do anything right and this location needs an overhaul because this location sucks and the management sucks.

Went in for the all you can appetizer and they were out of onion rings. That's really all my kid wanted besides the mozzarella sticks. We ended up having to order him more food because of it. Really shouldn't have been offering the deal if you couldn't even supply everything.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Got sat at a dirty table first off. Seeing they weren’t busy( only 2 other groups around us and they had already finished eating). Still we sat there for 10/15 minutes without anyone even talking to us. Then finding the waitress in our section making out with some dude in one of the groups as they were leaving. Then she continued to clean all around us after that and never spoke to us at all. We left at that point. This place is a joke and so is the service.

The food's quality met the standards typically found in this type of restaurant setting. The waitress was attentive and provided good service throughout our meal. However, it seemed the restaurant was experiencing staffing challenges during our visit. It created a noticeable effect on the overall pace of service.
