My wife and ordered food and 2 drinks it took 20 minutes to get our drinks and at 45 minutes every table around us that was empty when we sat down!! Was now served and eating while we on the mean time was getting around from the server (Rock). This is not a LBGTQ Friendly location in our experience .!!

Wings were tough, almost like eating chicken jerky on a bone.Server wasn’t personable at all.Music is way too loud, causing everyone to speak louder….therefore causing the atmosphere to be loud.

Unfortunately, Franklin Buffalo Wild Wings is not good! Service and food is disappointing. This specific restaurant location is AWFUL! We tried several times over 6 years and it's always the same! ( We quit going.) ? IDK about management but a change would be nice!
Food hit the spot and service was great. As usual, tons of sports on everywhere. Always a good time.The brisket tacos were tastey. Ask for extra BBQ sauce cuz you're gonna want more of it.

Sound system was a bit to loud and the room temperature was a little cool.
Vegetarian options: All the fried food is cooked in beef tallow, but the salads are good.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level. No stairs. Several wheel chair accessible tables are available.

Not a good experience. Margarita was bland and taste like water. Fried pickles were doughy. Server not attentive. Second time I've came and not a fan. Rather try Freddy's thru the drive thru and go home.

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings, and we chose Franklin, IN. instead of Greenwood, hoping it would be less busy. I'm assuming we were correct. The service came quickly and was just fine. People got their food, and we waited for a short period of time before getting extremely surprising burgers. (I try them everywhere... trying to find the best one for the buck.)Juiciest burger ice ever had in my life. Hands down, best in Franklin.

Amazing how 5 different employees walked past a table in need of cleaning. It was not even busy. It was half way through 4th quarter of pacer game before it was cleared and cleaned. No team work, and using the word, "clean" is being very generous.
