Chicago's Pizza Franklin

You know, we really love this pizza. Esp the Big Hurt & esp the deep dish. The issue is that on at least 3 occasions we have ordered the deep dish and received the traditional crust. We used to live within walking distance. Today is the first time since we moved that we have stopped by and I should have remembered to double check. I don’t know if the wrong pizza is getting made or if the wrong pizza is being boxed, but whatever indicates to the cook / staff what the correct crust is, is not clear to the necessary person. If we still lived within walking distance, we would have went back, but after finally getting home on a Friday night, nobody wants to go back out again. I’ll try to remember or have my kid double check because the whole point in ordering and ordering extra nacho cheese is the deep dish. I called and attempted to talk to someone they transferred me to another someone who said they didn’t see my order while I was actively eating the pizza we had just picked up. Better luck next time.

This is the absolute best salad bar and pizza bar. It is $13 per person and Includes drink. They have probably 10 different pizzas out at a time and breadsticks.

Can't ever go wrong with Chicago's! Either pizza and stixs or the incredible buffet. Always leave happy and way too full! Highly recommend

Best pizza in the world. Not hyperbole. I've been to many countries across four continents, and everywhere I go I'm on the hunt for good pizza. Not sure what these guys are doing, but they do, indeed, make the best pizza in the world. Try their Detroit-style deep dish Hurt. Bravo!

This facility don't have a Air conditioner, it 100f inside . We are 10 of us to dine in but it's dam hot inside. , and they said that AC is working that much. Don't know about the food but it's to hot inside to eat the food. So we sent next door Apple Bee..

Food is always good. Place is usually busy. Had to wait for a seat today, and then had my drink and table cleared and someone else seated while I was trying to get more pizza.

I have went several times in the last month for their lunch buffet. Each time, I ask if they can make a buffalo chicken pizza & they say it isn’t a popular request so they don’t make it. My aunt also asked for a veggie pizza & they said the same thing. Worst part was the manager was present when these things were said to us.. If we would’ve know this, we would’ve drove to Bargersville or Trafalgar. We went to the Trafalgar Chicago’s Pizza and they willing made us both our pizzas without hesitation. Never going for their lunch buffet again.
