Chicago's Pizza Franklin

Called and ordered a pizza. The girl on the phone took my order, but didn’t read any of it back to me and hung up after telling me how long. I picked up the order and the pizza was made wrong. We had to take it back and get a remake. I know it’s hard to find good help, but what happened to customer service!?

I ate at this establishment about a week or so ago, I was incredibly disturbed hearing how management treated their employees, not only critiquing an employee on a professional level but also a personal level. I'm all for constructive criticism, but I'll never eat here again after the blatant disrespect management treated their employees with. Do better

I like pizza, but I don't care for red sauce, and I don't like bacon on my pizza. I used to be able to request a pizza more to my liking. They also switched to coke, I'm a Pepsi person. However, they have done away with that. Other than that, the pizzas are good, and I live the breadsticks. They are one of the best pizza places around. They price for the buffet is very reasonable

Food was great especially the salad bar. Had good variety. Had had some side and a few puddings. All in all pretty good!

Wow amazing small pizza buffet but everything was constantly full and fresh. Amazing price to hard to find a good buffet at a reasonable price now a days. We will definitely be back soon

Delicious pizza and breadsticks. Recommend the nacho cheese much better then the cheddar (cheddar is bland and tastes like plastic, nacho has flavor and just enough of a hint of spicy) food is always hot and fresh. Literally always. Employees are always kind. Perfect for take out or dine in. I take my kids here on mom/kid dates. Wonderful Chicagos pizza best one I have been too. I have been going to chicagos pizzas for the last 25 years, used to walk to one after school everyday. So that's saying alot that this is the best one! (One I went to many years ago was in Greenfield) Regardless definitely delicious and hot food as well as great customer service. Papa John's, pizza hut and Domino's are all literally garbage and puke worthy compared!

Called a order in for dad's birthday came when they said. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes. The guy was nice and refunded me 34.00 but I never got the refund . No big deal

Wife picked up a pizza for each of us thinking we’d both get a couple meals off of Iit… she even made me a salad to go !
Our pizzas were amazing! Mine is all but gone?‍♂️
The salad was so fresh! Best salad bar in town!

We ordered a large deep dish, all meat pizza. When it was brought to our table, it was steaming hot and baked perfectly
It was delicious.
