You know, we really love this pizza. Esp the Big Hurt & esp the deep dish. The issue is that on at least 3 occasions we have ordered the deep dish and received the traditional crust. We used to live within walking distance. Today is the first time since we moved that we have stopped by and I should have remembered to double check. I don’t know if the wrong pizza is getting made or if the wrong pizza is being boxed, but whatever indicates to the cook / staff what the correct...

Best pizza in the world. Not hyperbole. I've been to many countries across four continents, and everywhere I go I'm on the hunt for good pizza. Not sure what these guys are doing, but they do, indeed, make the best pizza in the world. Try their Detroit-style deep dish Hurt. Bravo!

Called and ordered a pizza. The girl on the phone took my order, but didn’t read any of it back to me and hung up after telling me how long. I picked up the order and the pizza was made wrong. We had to take it back and get a remake. I know it’s hard to find good help, but what happened to customer service!?
