Only reason for three stars was our waitress. No more than 5 minutes after our food came out she was asking us if we needed boxes. Being polite we said more than likely. She brought the boxes then we asked for a refill on our drinks and she was like “I’ll get you to go drinks…” we asked for regular drinks not to go drinks as we were still eating our entrees. She brings the drinks out but with our bill! We ended up packing up our food in the boxes and going home to eat. Like we understand you need to turn tables over but we have never been rushed like that. Mind you it was only 7:30pm on a Monday.

We have not been to Chili's in a long time and we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. The burgers we had were outstanding and the Mac and Cheese was very good. Just the right size serving. Kenzie is an outstanding server and made the evening even better.
Ordered on app went in because it said my food was ready stood there for 10 minutes with no one even coming that way to check to see if someone came in. Had to literally call the store to tell them that I was there to pick my food up she threw it on the counter at me. Then they forgot my marinara sauce and she slammed it down on the counter I did speak with the manager before I left. Chick needs fired she definitely does not belong in customer service. I told her she sucked and I walked out. Never again will I go back to that location

Will never get chili's again. Just moved here andni did a to go order so me and my husband coukd have a date night at home.. food was super overcooked and gross.. paid $67 for the grossest meal I've ever had in my life! Super over cooked.. no flavor. Will never go here again. Nasty!

Drink service is terrible. Manager came over and just looked beaten down. Not sure what the issue is. Burgers were absolutely incredible. But everything else kind of stunk.
Horrible… paid for one meal alone that was $20+ and the food was not properly cooked. Total bill $69. Will not spend this kind of hard earned money on this kind of improperly prepared food ever again.
