Went to chilies in Franklin, it was awesome bc the service was amazing, Charlie(waitress) she did great, customer service and was on her game, the manager was professional & very concerning to his customers well being, this is a place highly recommend, ask for Charlie and she will take care of the rest

We had a party of 7. We waited for 20 minutes, and nobody came to serve us, and it wasn’t busy. We told the hosts twice that no one had come to our table and nothing changed, so we left. Wouldn’t recommend.
