Went to chilies in Franklin, it was awesome bc the service was amazing, Charlie(waitress) she did great, customer service and was on her game, the manager was professional & very concerning to his customers well being, this is a place highly recommend, ask for Charlie and she will take care of the rest

My son and I had lunch here and had wonderful service! Bae was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was great too! In a time when customer service is lacking, its a breath of fresh air to have such great service.
