I'm sad to report this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Culver's. The way it was run would seem they didn't have enough staff to run the place. they were out of condiments, they ran out of root beer, they got our order wrong, they ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom, they seemed in a frenzy when trying to get to customers, And the line at the counter was substantial (only one register open). (A second line started of customers walking up to get their order fixed And lots of grumbling in line) there were employees standing around on their cell phones assuming they were on break?!?! however, doing that in front of the customer base infers lackluster management and lazy employees? 🤷♂️ We all have our days but.....

I feel like Culver’s is overrated. I ordered the curd burger and it wasn’t as good as I expected it every bite into the massive cheese curd I feel like there was actually no cheese in it. It was just breading. I had zero cheese pull nor did I taste any cheese. It was just super greasy. The advertisement makes it better than what it actually is. I feel like.

Great stop the parking maybe a challenge if you have a trailer.
Service was super friendly and helpful to start, then as we were waiting for our food, a worker named Harris, who I assume was the manager, was extremely rude to his employees including the cashier who helped us by ordering them around and talking to them like children. Like you would see some exaggerated overbearing boss on a sitcom. Not only that but he rudely took over making our food from the people that were working and ended up making the drinks wrong and packed the wrong food. Seriously just unprofessional and gross behavior. Don’t bring your bad attitude to work and then take it out on your employees. You make everyone uncomfortable when you do. Do better, be better.

7-26-25 9PM Dined in tonight for a late supper. Restaurant was not busy. Ordered our food and proceeded to the drink station. My wife and I were both in shock. We have eaten at this location many times in the past, but we have never seen such a mess. Tea was all over the counter top and trash was everywhere. We filled our cups and located a table that wasn't too disgusting. While waiting on our food, we chatted with a young male worker and he admitted that they had been busy, but it had been quiet for awhile. Our food finally arrived about 10 minutes later. It was very fresh, hot and tasty. After eating, I returned to the drink station to see if anyone had cleaned the area in the last half hour. It was still disgusting and food was still strown on the carpet as it was when we entered. We departed. As we were entering our vehicle, we noticed 3 workers standing outside the back door vaping or smoking. I realize everyone deserves a break, but couldn't help but think maybe they could have cleaned the dining room before taking their break.
