Placed an order at 9 am for multiple pizzas and parm bites to pick up at 1230. All for my daughter’s birthday at 1. Got here right at 1230 and my pizzas weren’t ready for another 25 minutes on top of that. Late to my own daughter’s birthday. Good pizza and the only 2 employees that were actually available were pleasant. Managers need to have more staff in general but especially weekend shifts. Shame.

I am a pizza monster, I didn't care with the extra and potent sauce. They did get my order correct and was finished within 20 minutes. The price was amazing with their 50% off deal atm. They seemed like they didn't want me waiting on the bench inside the store, which after sitting down I realized was disgusting and with it being morning I wouldn't be shocked to learn hadn't been clean in days. I was super friendly and tipped yet treated off putting and yet they were over friendly with multiple orders coming in and he took 5 mins to lean on counter and chat with the male that came in. Seems like time could've been used to wipe down the counter, the bench or possibly help the elderly woman doing all the work alone.

7 months ago the pizza was pretty decent. The last 3 out of 4 times, including tonight, not great. 34 minutes from order time to putting the pizza in the oven is insane. The entire quoted time for the order was 35 minutes. Today’s pizza was to have the garlic Parmesan sauce. It’s super dry and doesn’t seem to have any sauce. Some pieces huge some tiny. Waited an hour for what was said to be something like 35 minutes. We had previously tried the new stuffed crust and all the cheese grease?? leaked through the box and 2 pieces of paper and onto the front seat of my car. We will try elsewhere next time.

Ok, pizza when I was a driver in baltimore Maryland the dominoes I worked at used to make really good pizza, or maybe still does. I haven't been there in a while. I just think there's something missing. It doesn't remind me of the pizza that I had back in the early 90s.

If you like tasteless Pizza this is the place for you! Really horrible product. Any toppings are a rip-off because you get so little it's not worth the money. The sauce is weak. Cheese is definitely not mozzarella. The deep dish pan pizza is raw in the middle. Do yourself a favor and save your money. I've tried three or four times and have always been disappointed. I am not returning.

Receipts all over counter. Toddler had slime and play dough on bar where people eat. Overall the pizza was amazing and I recommend getting their deep dish pepperoni pizza. The atmosphere sucked and I talked about it with family , they that that was not normal for a dominos.

The place was dirty and fallen ads paper all over the floor. They made you stand in the counter for at least 10-15 minutes before the associates acknowledge you're there to pick up orders. If I hadn't paid for the order, I would have left after 2-3 minutes right away. The order weren't were done after after almost 2 hours. This place needs to get their act together.

All of the workers are high. They put barely any toppings on pizzas, especially if you ordered extra toppings. I mean two pepperonis max per slice for purchasing extra pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. One mushroom a slice if you ask for a large mushroom pizza with extra mushroom. I’ve gotten pasta as well and received (I counted because it became ridiculous) 11 noodles in a pan. It didn’t even fill half the pan. This isn’t standard either as I have worked at dominos before. Service is awful as well. Management doesn’t correct orders, and berates you for saying anything. Food is too expensive for this.

I ordered pizza last night and accidentally typed one wrong number in my address. Kayla was amazing—she texted to let me know the order had been dropped off. When I realized it wasn’t at my door, I quickly figured out I’d entered a 5 instead of a 9. I replied to let her know, and her response was incredible. She offered to come back and help me, showing exceptional customer service. Kayla was responsive, polite, and genuinely kind. It's been a long time since I’ve experienced such outstanding service.
