I ordered delivery, and the driver left food at door without knocking or letting me know it was here. I called the store and the woman was so rude. My Oder was wrong, I got a turkey sandwich instead of a sub. They forgot the chips. The woman on phone was yelling at me when trying to talk to her about issues on order. Never again will I go there.

I visit an elderly aunt who lives in Franklin, IN and my aunt enjoys a sandwich from here for lunch. So, we have lunch here every time I visit. Standard - fast food sandwiches - no surprises - better quality than most other fast food places. Service is always helpful and friendly here.
