Great customer service and amazing food
Horrible experience. I was greeted with a monotone depressing greeting with zero manners, and placed in the drive thru window for genuinely 16 min before an employee finally opened the window and only told me the price, no apology for the wait or even a greeting. I was the only one in line and only ordered a few ice creams. Sloppy and pitiful. Do better.

I was walking into Freddy’s. I was having such a bad day. And then of all sudden, Bryson at Franklin’s Freddy’s personally delivered my food.
He did it with such a smile. That I couldn’t help but smile too. Because of this, I have found my new Thursday night go-to spot.

Recommended dishes: Single Steakburger and Fries
Start off with fries are decent, icecream great. Burgers are ok but get hard pieces sometimes which is about the worst thing to have happen when eating something. But the cheese curds, I love them but only with the marinara sauce which the last 3 times I’ve gotten them , they are out of The marinara. So is there a supply chain issue or do people not know how to order stuff? Assuming it’s supply chain bc this isn’t the only location that is always out
