Don't look anywhere else! Garment Factory is the best venue ever! The spaces available for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are beautiful and spacious. We got multiple compliments from our guests, who thoroughly enjoyed getting to stay in the same building all day. The staff is professional, friendly, and great at communicating. The planning process is very easy, and staff is willing to help with any questions you may have. There are high quality, beautiful decorations available to rent, but we also had lots of flexibility to bring in our own items if needed. AND THE FOOD IS AMAZING! Overall, I was very happy with our experience! And our guests were too!

This is a beautiful venue with 10/10 staff. The planning process was super easy, clear pricing which makes it easy to cater to your needs. Food was a hit with everyone (highly recommend choosing the taco buffet option for large events). If I could go back in time I’d still choose Garment Factory Events for my wedding 100%.

We recently celebrated our daughter’s wedding at The Garment Factory Event Center, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The historic charm of the beautifully restored garment factory set the perfect scene. Staci, the wedding coordinator, was truly a lifesaver—keeping everything running smoothly and stress-free. The chef-prepared food was outstanding, and guests are still raving about the Parisian carrots! The staff went above and beyond, making the day not only enjoyable but unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The Garment Factory is a hidden gem! I was traveling on business and happened to be in Franklin, IN on a Tuesday evening—luckily, The Lounge was open for dinner. The smoked pork chop was absolutely world-class, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service exceeded all expectations. The owner even took time to share the rich history of the building, which added a special touch to the experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Franklin

On May 1st our Study Connection Volunteer Appreciation Banquet was cancelled by another venue due to a power outage. The Garment Factory really came through for us at the last minute, and opened their beautiful venue three weeks later (on a night when they aren't normally open) to host our event. Everything was perfect! The room was gorgeous, the food was fabulous and their staff was extremely kind and helpful in providing us with everything we needed for the evening to be successful. Our wedding went seamlessly at the garment factory. They were helpful from the beginning to the end. The recommendations for florist, DJs, videographer, photographers were wonderful. The food and bar were great. The night of the wedding, the staff at the garment factory did an amazing job, keeping tables, clean and keeping things moving while almost appearing invisible. The Garment Factory staff took care of us from the day we took a visit through the final dance at our wedding. The thoughtfulness, organization, professionalism and consideration of the staff were outstanding. The cleanliness, beauty and warmth of the event space made it a comfortable and fun evening for ALL. WOW I can’t even begin to cover how amazing the venue and staff was from the beginning of the planning through our big day. The bridal suite made getting ready with the girls the morning of so much fun. The venue can be laid out in different ways to meet your wedding needs and vision, to make the day the most gorgeous day ever. We had the ceremony in the downstairs room, then cocktail hour had the lounge and upstairs room open so people could start finding their seats for dinner, then after having dinner upstairs, we came back down to the main floor where the room was flipped to be the dance floor with tables on the edges for people to hang out, we were also able to use the main bar in the lounge this way.
Now for the staff, just WOW, from being there every step of the way they are super organized and never felt like anything was missing or left out during the planning stage. (Thanks Bri) The staff all day exceeded expectations. From serving a meal for over 350 people in what I might think is a record pace, getting a room flipped during dinner, to the bartenders flying through the line to get people back to the dance floor, and anyone ready to jump in and help if something was needed.
So many of my guests are still talking about how great the venue and staff are and I can't recommend this venue enough to anyone looking to hold an event.
