We've been sitting for 30 minutes & still haven't taken our food order. This is the slowest service I've ever had. This location has really gone down hill. I can see why they're never busy.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

The wings were tender, juicy and meaty. The flats were a quite a bit better than the drums. Drum weren't as tender or juicy.

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

our server was so nice and brought refills of our drinks without us asking ,she sells the food good too. food was amazing,hot and fast !! jot bad on prices and the manager shea actually pays attention to make sure we were taken care of ,professional and just makes a wonderful manager.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
